I have been waiting for Major and Jewls story since I read their BFF's story in SPEED KING earlier this year, and yes while that doesn't seem like a long time in reality it really did seem like it took forever because you know how it is when you want to get your hands on a book so bad and have to wait for it...even if it is only nine months it feels like an eternity.
Major and Jewls have been dancing around one another for a while, but Jewls is tired of waiting for Major to make his move so she goes out on a date and that's when Major sees red, or is it green? Because the jealousy in him is what spurs him into making his move.
To say Major and Jewls have chemistry would be an understatement, these two really know how to heat things up. There is a lot going on in this story, they are dealing with Major's ex coming back and hoping to rekindle their past, their friend Rowan was attacked during a break in at her home, and that's just a couple of things that aren't major spoilers. There is one that OMG I soooo want to spill and I am sure some reviews will but my lips are sealed on it.
If you enjoy STEAMY Contemporary New Adult Romances, Military Romances, Law Enforcement Romances, or Friends to Lovers Romances I highly recommend this book to you.

I knew I would love this book before I even started reading and I was not disappointed. Major and Jewls were so fun to read about! Though I need to be honest for a moment and admit I rolled my eyes so much when it came to Jewls. She is 27 yet she acts like a 16 year old afraid to disappoint her parents.
Jewls you have an amazing career and fabulous friends. You're parents and Major's parents are never gonna be disappointed in you! Also why are you letting that B word get to you when you know the truth??!!
Okay that was my rant for the moment. Major was the definition of alpha. But personally I never thought it was over the top. He was just protective of the woman he loves. I love how he gave her options but in the end made the decision for her (Jewls wanted her independence but never thought about the big end picture until way after the fact). This was a great story with ton of great secondary characters. Though honestly I could have done without the Darla crazy... I mean seriously?? It's been 10 years!
I can't wait to read the next book in the series. They just seem to get better and better. And if I have to guess I have a feeling the next one is gonna be amazing!!

The Casanova Club is back in full force and now it’s Major Powers turn at a chance at love. Power House is the second book in the Men Of Action series, it’s another good one and I’m happy that Major and Jewls finally got together.
Jewls is a wild and saucy knockout with a whole lot of sass and I love that about her. I also love that she goes after what she wants and it’s obvious that she wants sex on a stick Major in the best way. And he is a tough one to catch. Major is a sexy retired marine and current bad ass cop who has been through a lot, he has a hardened heart and although there’s no doubt he’s into Jewls, he’s hesitant. When Major smartens up and makes a move, this is where the real fun begins. The banter between them is absolutely hilarious and their chemistry is on point with just enough tease and spice that lets you know the best is yet to come.
Power House has a entertaining storyline with excitement, action, emotional moments and lots of hot and steamy sex. The Casanova Club men as well as Jewls’ girl gang are a great addition to the storyline and I can’t wait to read Rowan’s book.

Power House was my first book by Ahren Sanders I’ve read and I really enjoyed it. I love a good military/men in uniform romance and this book has alot going on. Love, action, romance, hot men in uniform and a group of really amazing friends.
Julianna has been eyeing Major for awhile, and he’s been looking at her too, but he’s kept her at arms length. Until he sees another man stepping in on his girl, that’s all it takes for him to wake up and go after her. These two have major chemistry. But there’s also an obsessive and crazy ex who’s out to get Major back. It’s because of her lies and deceit to Major that has Jewls running when she gets news they don’t expect. But like Major has promised, there’s no where she can run he won’t find her. She’s his girl, and he loves her and would do absolutely anything for her.
So much is going on in this book- Major still dealing with his best friend’s death from years ago, his ex using it to her advantage, another friend of Major’s and Jewl is attacked and then both her and Jewls are kidnapped. There’s a wedding, some crazy and protective brothers! But it’s all the perfect ingredients to make this book absolutely perfect and worth reading!!!

Major & Juliana’s story is book 2 in the Men of Action series. Not gonna lie, I struggled to get into this book after the prologue. It took a few chapters for me to get invested. I’m glad I stuck with it. I ended up enjoying this one more than Ace & Harley’s.
Major is wildly attracted to Juliana (Jewls) and fighting it at every turn. All it takes is a hockey game and her moving on to push him into action. Once he does, there is no turning back. He really won me over with his determination and attention to detail. Even the appearance of another person from his past will not deter him.
For a woman who holds multiple degrees and deals with difficult and traumatic situations in her job, I found Juliana incredibly insecure. Major proves to Jewls, more than once, his intentions are genuine, he has long term plans for them as a couple. I wished she had trusted in that sooner.
Thank goodness for google. I must know what the shoes she tells Major about look like now.
Loads of steamy smexiness and playful banter turn up the swoon factor.
I’m guessing Ford’s story is next.

Major & Jewls have circled each other for a cool minute, and frankly, it almost got to be too much for me since they're absolutely perfect for each other. Their chemistry is intense, and when it ignited it threatened my kindle's well being with the flames. He's the one who was hot & cold though, and Jewls is finally over it, and starts to date again which is when Major finally mans up after witnessing a date. Look, I get relationships are complicated, but I did get a tiny upset at the fact that he waited that long to be honest but that's just me. Despite my frustration about that, I couldn't put the book down for anything as it held all my attention hostage until there were no more pages. Now he's finally seen the light but life isn't done with them yet, and there are many bumps in the road that they have to deal with so will it make them or break them?! Well I'll never tell so you'll just have to hit those one click buttons to find out since I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Major & Jewels
This is the second book in the Men of Action series. I've never read Ahren Saunders before but these two books from this series have been great.
I love that this book carries on from the first even though it's a different couple. The group of characters are great so it's nice to continue to read about them.all together. Cannot wait for the next two books in this series.

I do not think that this should be read as a standalone. You should read Speed King before diving into Jewls and Major's story.
That said, I really liked Jewls and Major. These two were so much fun. I loved their banter, how possessive Major was, and how Jewls liked to rile him up. These two had me laughing and smiling the entire time. I did think there was bit too much focus on Rowan; at first I thought it was taking away from Major and Jewls but it did come full circle to make sense. Loving these MOA guys and cannot wait to see Ford. I seriously hope he is up next.

Oh my dear sweet baby lord Jesus!!! Where are these men? Like I really need to be able to twitch my nose like Samantha did in Bewitched and make all these hot a$$ men that I've been reading lately (especially from this book) into my life. I mean I can even pull some magic and make these alphas ok with sharing me....lol Major and Jewls and some smoking chemistry!! I am surprised my kindle didn't catch on fire reading their book!! And all the twist and turns and surprises that happened in this book was the perfect mixture. And I'm glad that we got to know what was happening with with Harley and Ace has I didn't read their book but I didn't feel lost or confused but I am going to go back and read it and whoever else's book i might need to read. And I can't wait for more of this series!! I love Ahren's books and I'm so glad to be back to reading again!!! I highly highly recommend this book!!! ~By Tina

This was a solid book, but I’ve come to the conclusion that these men are just not my type.
They’re too dominant, too overbearing.
Having said that, there were some good twists and turns in this book, some great side characters.
I do feel like Rowan was too much of a storyline here, even if it tied cleverly into Major and Jewls’s story.
I also feel like at the very end we missed a big disconnect, there was a massive leap made that was never *quite* explained. It sort of was, but I think it needed more.
The spice level was great and the romantic parts were lovely, but I can’t get over Major’s domineering attitude and actions.
I do think the next book, obviously Rowan’s, will be different because of her situation, at least I hope so. I hope her guy doesn’t come at her as hard as Ace and Major have.
So yeah, good, but a little too much for me.

Power House by A. Sanders is the second book in the Men of Action Series. Even when the book can be read as a stand-alone, I strongly recommend to read the books in order. The previous book is Speed King, Achilles and Harley's story.
Julianna is a free spirit, kind of a wild child and has great friends. She works as social worker, sometimes at her friends bar and enjoys her life.
And then we have Major, a former Marine, but now back in civilian life, he lives and works with his friends and is deep in denial about his non-relationship with Julianna. He's an alpha like they come and to be honest, I think his decisions aren't always the best thought of, he bulldozes his way, takes no prisoners. So no, he isn't my favorite character and I just wanted to shout to him getting a grip and consent is important. You see he had me in knots. And that're the best books imo. I read the book, cover to cover, in one sitting, couldn't put it down, Great read, 4,5 stars.

Whew! Let me tell you this one is coming in hot!! Major is probably the most Alfa male I’ve ever read. His protectiveness knows no bounds. Jewls was gorgeous, independent and the sweetest. These two will make your kindles combust. I couldn’t get enough of this couple.

But their insanely hot chemistry was not to be denied, and they finally got on the same page. Throw in a bit of action and suspense to go with the steam and the witty dialogue, and I was entertained with every page. I love this Men of Action series where alpha males are brought to their knees by the love of an awesome woman.

I was so excited to be in the world of The Cassanova Club. This is the story of Major and Jewls. At first you might not be the biggest fan of Jewls. She is not the most mature twenty seven year old out there and sometimes that was a little hard to take since she was so afraid of disappointing her parents. . But don't give up on her because of that or you're going to miss a really great read. She has had her eyes on Major for a good little while. He has also noticed her but he makes sure to keep her at arms length until another man is showing interest in her. After all Major is all alpha male and he cannot have some other man trying to take the woman he is interested in I loved the alpha possessive side of Major. However Major. has a ex and he is possessive and border line a little on the crazy side and it is because of the crazy female that Jewls leaves Major. However he can't have his woman running found like that and is out to get her back before it is to late. There is a lot that goes on in this book and it will keep you on your toes while you're loving every single second of it.

I was so excited to be in the world of The Cassanova Club. This is the story of Major and Jewls. At first you might not be the biggest fan of Jewls. She is not the most mature twenty seven year old out there and sometimes that was a little hard to take since she was so afraid of disappointing her parents. . But don't give up on her because of that or you're going to miss a really great read. She has had her eyes on Major for a good little while. He has also noticed her but he makes sure to keep her at arms length until another man is showing interest in her. After all Major is all alpha male and he cannot have some other man trying to take the woman he is interested in I loved the alpha possessive side of Major. However Major. has a ex and he is possessive and border line a little on the crazy side and it is because of the crazy female that Jewls leaves Major. However he can't have his woman running found like that and is out to get her back before it is to late. There is a lot that goes on in this book and it will keep you on your toes while you're loving every single second of it.

Oh Lordy you guys, I thought I had mentally prepared myself for Major Powers. I. Had. Not.
Major has finally realized what he wants, except he spent too long convincing her he didn’t. Now he has to win Jewls over and he is up *up* for the challenge. After all, his name is Major Powers, and he has never failed a mission. He is strong, caring, and trying to deal with his past (if only it would leave him alone and stay there where it belongs).
Jewls is a spitfire with a sassy personality and a winning smile. Even by the end she does something most FMCs give in to and still rebuffs all cavemen tendencies - and we love her all the more for it. She is brave, loyal, and smart as heck (if prone to giving in to her emotions now and then like the rest of us).
Action, drama, twists, high spice levels, HEA - this book has it all! You will be drawn in by sarcastic & sweet characters, will stay to see how the plot turns out, & will be coming back for more Men Of Action.
My number one thing that I love is how the author has a set main character group but all characters have distinct personalities. They all compliment each other and bring different insights into the plot. You get a really good look into the little found family and everything they go through. There are nods to the action points from book one. This reads as a standalone and works well as such but there are fun aspects you will catch onto if you've read Speed King.

Having read Ms.Sanders's work many times before i always look so forward to her books. Ever since i read Speed King i wanted to get back into this world. So the moment this book was announced i had to read it next. I picked up this installment and got right back into the Men of Action world! I so enjoyed this story!
Jewls and Major's journey captured my attention right from the very get go! Jewls has been interested in Major for some time now, but with everything in his life Major thinks she deserves more. One moment can change things, something Major now knows after he sees Jewls with another man. Will Jewls open her heart to Major? I couldn't wait to see how it'd all play out for them!
I was so glad that i got to jump into Jewls and Major's minds. Some feelings are hard to forget and i really liked getting to see how these two would tackle theirs. The chemistry between them was undeniable and steamy. I related to Jewls. There was such determination to Major. I really enjoyed the fact that both Major and Jewls had me feeling many things all throughout. I wasn't sure what all to expect in their story.

Major has always known that Jewls was special however he also believed that she deserved more than a man who would come in and out of her career due to his career as a Marine. A few years later after retiring he has come home but still isn’t sure he is what she needs but all it will take is the possibility of losing her to another man for him to realize what he truly wants.
Jewls is independent so when Major distanced himself from her she isn’t going to put her life on hold hoping for something that may never happen. Just because he has decided that now is the time to pursue her doesn’t mean she is about to give without a fight especially with all the challenges they need to overcome.
Jewls feisty personality is a perfect match for the protector in Major and the chemistry between them is intense. Once he acknowledges that they are meant to be he isn’t about to let anyone, or anything stand in their way as he shows Jewls that together they can handle anything life throws at them.
Jewls is independent so when Major distanced himself from her she isn’t going to put her life on hold hoping for something that may never happen. When Major finally makes a move she thinks okay maybe just maybe things will work out. Well, his past is about to collide with his future and it will take Major, Juliann, and their closest friends to protect them. Can they before he loses Julianna forever?

Three years later fate destines them to cross paths again, but Major has his work cut out for him to prove to Jewls that she is the one for him. Jewls is sweet and independent, where Major is a sexy and possessive alpha, but can Jewls take a chance on giving up some of her control to this protective and possessive man? This is a well written amazing story, which is action packed, and has combustible chemistry, mystery, emotions, twists, surprises, and love, which leads to a steamy and entertaining page turner.

The Casanova men 😍
This book is the 2nd book in the men on action series, that both can be read as stand-alone.
The love story Major and Jewls has is intoxicating: alpha male, superhero marine Batman and a strong independent sassy woman. Surrounded by an amazing support system and side characters I’m dying to know more about.
It’s fast paced with a twist. Great character building not only for Major and Jewls but for all family and friends. The two main character are so loveable and full of passion.

Okay, so I dropped into this series with Major's story -
It was easy to follow
An absolutely adorable cast!
Some serious alpha vibes
And chemistry that went beyond combustible
Left me drooling for the other Casanova club men!
Major needs a filter - I know he doesn't mean it the way it comes across but Jewls for all her bravado is still a touch insecure
These two are incendiary from the first time they knocked boots - literally not figuratively
They have been dancing around that attraction - until it is no longer something that can be avoided
This has comedy, friendship, a few WTH just happened's, the smexiest of romances, and a Happily ever after
Again the supporting cast as well as the main characters were just a blast to hang out with
I will be visiting the rest of the men in this series and getting their stories

I can't believe what we amazing book this is,, actually I can. I absolutely expect nothing less than amazing story and hotness from this author...jewls and major are so amazing together.. nefore I could put my words together for this review I had to go back and read it a second time..I tell you I just loved every moment both times I read it.. so freaking amazing but I will say I'm gonna need ford's book very soon..

It’s been awhile since I read a truly good 5 star read! This book got me from page one! There’s resolution to issues carried over from book one but gives enough detail it really can be a standalone.

Ahren Sanders has written and stunning books. She is a one click buy the book and never disappoint author. Love how this book interweaves all the characters beautifully.
Major and Julianna have danced around each other a long time. Timing has always been off. However, one kiss pushes Major to move swiftly. Julianna is a spitfire with a powerhouse full of sass. Together this book is a powerhouse of sexy and fierceness with this couple.
This is truly a must read and one not to miss!

Really enjoyed this book! Major and Julianna are total opposites. Major wants her but won’t act on it. However, when she gets attention from someone else, he can’t stand it. Is it enough for him to pull his head out of his butt? Or will he lose her for good? Very good book!
