So the noise cancellation is there, most definitely. I wasn't able to hear the loud stomps of my father, however it could not drown out the noise of my mother so early in the day. I bought a pair of earbuds once for music, they work nicely, however this headset puts those earbuds to shame. The sound of music seems more crisp, chef's kiss moment. And the audio quality of while playing Dead by Daylight?? Goodness gracious. I did not realize just how noisy the killers actually were, let alone myself. It saved me a few times in game by how clear the noises were and how easy it was to make out the direction of thw noises. I'm seriously contemplating buying another pair stirctly for music or at least to gift to a friend cause she be strug-a-lug-alin and uses fb messenger since she doesn't habe a headset. I just wanna laugh in my brother's face cause he doubted this purchase because the headphones are cheap considering they're for gaming. Overall, 20/10, saved me money, and they are pink which I live for. Sorry for no pic/vid, I didn't even think of taking one, I was too busy living the high of a kid on Christmas morning.

I have been told that my mic is great and also that it sucks, so pretty mixed reviews for the mic. It might just be the channels I am using to play games online. As far as sound quality goes, it is decent. My right headphone speaker has went in and out unfortunately the past couple of days (had the headphones about 2ish months). The light up display also only works if the headset is plugged in via the USB. I didn’t realize this, so if you’re using this for a Nintendo Switch like I am, the cosmetic light feature is pretty useless.

Very good headset and the mic is cool the way you can bend it any way you like. One piece of advice though, don’t leave the mic in an upward position too much because then the wire will pop out and say hello. This is my second pair lol.

They do not light up as pictured at all. A reddish light shines through the whole headset when they are plugged in, not just the multicolored ring. And yes I say “plugged in” because the cord is split into two cords, one auxiliary and one USB, so that they are capable of lighting up. Maybe that’s standard for a light-up headset but I didn’t know that, and the pictures didn’t indicate that to me. Also both cords are very long and unable to be removed from the headset to be replaced. I also played a few games before I realized that the mute/unmute switch is located on the volume control and doesn’t work through flipping up and down the mic, which is usually the standard for headsets with movable mics. That was embarrassing to say the least. They also feel very very cheap, like I could have gotten them from Five Below/Dollar Store. Definitely would not buy again!
