due to my crown I'm not able to floss easily, so I use a waterpik. It is much too large to take traveling so I bought this for on the road (and camping) use. It is a lot more powerful than I expected it to be, there is a slight learning curve for use but overall it works great. It charged up easily and is holding a charge well. Other reviewers have complained that the unit doesn't hold a lot of water... I find that one fill is all I need to floss my mouth with water, of course the water reservoir is small...it's a small portable unit!

This small, convenient product is very effective and leaves my teeth feeling clean. I love it for travelling, as it fits easily with other toiletries and has been very reliable. I have crowns and an implant, so I really need to use it every night to remove food debris. The battery lasts a long time, and charging with a USB cord is easy. The water capacity is limited by it's small size, so I usually have to refill it and use a second tankful to feel like I've completely cleaned my teeth. On my unit, the nozzle was very difficult to remove at first; I had to grip it with my teeth to remove it from the unit for storage, but that got better over the months. It worked perfectly for 18 months, but it then suddenly stopped working. I need to call customer service to

This little water flosser is great. It works SO much better that the cordless Water Pik I had before. I have a dry mouth due to Sjogrens and do not have enough saliva to wash away food stuck in my teeth. I keep this handy thing on my kitchen windowsill (where is just blends in) and after eating, a quick swish with the water flosser clears all the stuck food away. It holds enough water to floss both up and down, but if I run out of water it is so easy to refill it for a second round. It is small enough to pop in a purse of backpack for travel. It also holds its charge. I can't express how happy I am with this product.

I've only had the chance to use it twice, but it seems to be working great. I love how compact it is so I don't have to have yet another thing sitting on my bathroom countertop. It charged up fast, and was super easy to use.

The tank part comes off so I'll be able to keep that clean, which is great.
One thing that annoyed me, is that while testing the peridontal jet tip for the first time, the little plastic spout at the end came off completely. It doesn't seem possible to reattach it so either the one I received was damaged or they're just poorly made and not able to handle the force of the jet stream.

If this thing lasts, it's a 5 star product, however, I'm deducting 2 stars for the unusable jet attachment and giving them a chance to make it right, after which I'll update my rating.

I love my waterpik, i'm addicted to it. Used to have a "travel water toothbrush" but it was very big and bulky and stopped working. Found this one and Just got back from a 7 day trip. It's easy to use: but at first I couldn't find the power button. you have to pull down the case, and there it is. previous reviews are correct it doesn't hold alot of water (but it's enough for 1 use). when you're done, just slip the (tube / mouth part) into the water reservoir. it's compact, about the size of a deck of cards. one full charge lasted 6 days. I'm glad I found this

I bought this in advance of a round the world trip that took 7 weeks. I used the flosser every day and had excellent results with it and it never gave a moment's trouble. The multiple strengths of the water jet worked well and filling was easy, depending on how much clearance there was on hotel bathroom taps! For the prospective buyer, I found the rubber seal that covers the charging point a little delicate, but with care and attention to dryness it shouldn't be a problem. The same goes for the swivel cover of the water tank, but again all it needs is due care. Everyone's experience will be different with any product, but I'm happy to write this review and recommend the water flosser. Now that I'm home I'm continuing to use it.
