The FROZN A620 doesn't just look great; it performs spectacularly, especially considering its price point. I've tested it with lower wattage CPUs, specifically the i5-13400 and i5-13600K, and the results were impressive. The cooler maintains optimal temperatures, ensuring smooth and reliable performance under various workloads. Its design, featuring quiet fans that require minimal tuning, adds to its appeal, making it a perfect match for builds where noise levels are a concern.
One of the standout features is the dual ARGB lights for each tower section, adding a vibrant touch to its visual appeal. Additionally, the inclusion of daisy-chainable fans is a thoughtful touch, simplifying the installation process by eliminating the need for splitters. This feature, in particular, is a boon for both seasoned builders and those new to the hobby, making cable management a breeze.
While the cooler is generally user-friendly, newcomers to PC building might find the cable management aspect slightly challenging due to the multiple ARGB cables. Also be aware that you will need to use low-profile ram whil utilizing this cooler. However, this is a minor hurdle in the grand scheme, and the overall installation process is straightforward and quick.
In summary, the ID-COOLING FROZN A620 ARGB tower cooler is a stellar choice for anyone looking to enhance their build's aesthetics without compromising on performance. Its visual flair, coupled with efficient cooling capabilities, makes it a highly recommendable option. Whether you're a veteran builder or just starting, this cooler deserves your consideration.
I've posted pictures of two computer setups using the ID-COOLING FROZN A620 ARGB cooler, one in a Phanteks NV5 case and another in an Antec P20C case. The pictures are taken from the same angle to show off the coolers' design. You can see how they look in bright light, making them look sleek, and in the dark, where their bright lights really shine, showing they look great in any light.

I had to remove my side intake fan due to the cooler's size interfering with it, and tape off the inlet holes to ensure proper airflow and avoid negative pressure. I chose this cooler because it is just a bit shorter than the SE-224-XT, which has very good reviews, to ensure it would fit my case. So it's a great option for those with a minimum clearance of 255mm. Oh! Another important aspect is that I bought an additional matching ID-COOLING AF-125-K fan to utilize a push-pull config on this cooler also. The fan included doesn't have a PWM daisy chain connector, but the AF-125-K does so you can hook them together and they become controllable as a pair via 4-pin motherboard fan connector. Though, according to testing with other coolers, push-pull vs pull config only affects temps by 1-3°C in most cases. I also have 5.25" and 3.5" drive bays fixed to my case which sit flush and directly above my front 120mm intake fan. So my case is a bit crowded and has much less capability for airflow than modern cases.
Packaging is very nice inside and out. Manual contents are decent. I easily figured out how to assemble and install it. Though there was an LGA 115X descriptor missing on the first page, it is mentioned elsewhere in the guide. Fan is superb quality, but missing a daisy chain connector. Includes 4 fan mounting brackets to utilize a push-pull config with an additional fan later, and should be compatible with any 120mm fan of typical thickness. My mounting brackets had some paint chipped off of them leaving a rough surface, but not worried about that.
The 4 copper heatpipes are sandwiched between what I assume is brushed aluminum. A flat surface and mirror finish. One thing that did catch my eye is that there are a few very small gaps on the edges between the copper and aluminum on the bottom, which tends to catch q-tip fuzz while going to clean it, or could trap residual thermal paste after applying it. But, as far as I know and can tell this doesn't affect the temperature threshold. Though it is a bit concerning that old paste could get dried up and trapped in there.
All in all, for the overall quality, aesthetic appeal of the design, ease of installation, and thermal results, I am very happy with this purchase. Where I was close to overheating or receiving temps around 75°C while gaming with a stock Intel Delta cooler, now my temps stay mostly under 70°C even while playing GTAV or RDR2. GTAV saw the largest thermal drop - where it was reaching 80°C it now stays under 65°C even while zooming around in a vehicle.
I would highly recommend this cooler for quite possibly the cheapest way to get temps under control via air cooling. Not to mention how versatile it is between multiple generations of AMD and Intel sockets. And with it being just a bit shorter than most standing air coolers, it's sure to fit in almost any ATX/mATX case - even if you're like me and still rocking a case from the mid-2000s.

Its Stylish and works like a dream, nearly silent 95% of the time. Great quality, Highly recommended.
I tested this with an Intel i7-8700k and an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D. It works great for the i7, which has a lower TDP. Doesn't get too loud because it generally doesn't have to spin up to 100%. For the 7800X3D, it did get loud more often but it actually did keep the CPU cool enough under load that it didn't really throttle much (AMD recommends a liquid cooler). So if you're short on budget, this will work, it looks cool, the main tradeoff is the noise.

Thermal paste is included, as you'd expect, and the fan cables should be compatible with just about any modern motherboard. Installation was a little scary as usual, but no more so than any other cooler I've used. The fastenings seem secure and the relatively lightweight heatsink is easily held in place.
The 120mm fan is quiet and I don't notice it over the sound of the other fans in the case. It's definitely cooler and quieter than the stock AMD fan I had previously, I haven't tested it in all situations, but it seems to be about 10C cooler, which is a significant improvement.
Overall a good budget cooler that is a good upgrade over a low profile or stock cooler if you don't want to spend big bucks on a noctua or the like.

The cooler is bulky and you may need to check it will fit as well as clearances as it is unlikely to fit a slimline case although it did fit in my mini tower and onto my Gigabyte micro ATX board without fouling with the graphic card or RAM. It is straightforward to fit although you will need access to the back for Intel motherboards to fit the support cage. It is good to include thermal paste although instruction on when and how to apply would be useful.
The instructions are basic, mainly diagrams with the QR code for a short YouTube video. The extended screwdriver to tighten the screw through the heat sink (after removing the plastic cap) is a useful addition but not well documented. The cables are of a generous length and the lighting cables include extensions to allow power from one LED socket.
The fan is quiet and efficient as well as looking funky when all lit up. It is competitively priced compared with alternatives and looks and feels like a quality product. This is a review of the white option but there is also a black alternative if you prefer. Overall this is a good value upgrade as long as you have room and provides a good overhead in keeping the processor cool to allow for overclocking if supported.

But that's all good because I have 48GB Ram and 2TB gen 4 modules installed. I won't be needing to upgrade those for a very long time I expect.
Before installing I took notes of the temperatures and stock cooler rpms for different activities using OCCT. I use Fan Controller for software curves control as an override to the BIOS fan curves. Just more convenient for me to change curves in Windows without going into BIOS.
Installing the cooler was a breeze...excuse the pun. There is a QR code in the instruction's booklet for a very good instruction video for installing the fan on all the different socket types. It really is quite simple. I love that they included a high quality magnetic long screwdriver, nice touch. Everything is included in the toolkit for installing the cooler.
On booting up the PC into BIOS, I already see a big difference in temperatures. as the GPU usually shows 35 celsius degrees but now it shows 26 degrees at low usage but to my surprise, much less fan RPM than my stock cpu fan. So, the Heatsink itself is making a big difference, and so less fan speeds are needed. great results. In Windows, I carried out the same tasks and compared temperatures in OCCT and I get the same pattern of low temperatures compared to the stock.
Brilliant upgrade and now my next task is to overclock my Ryzen now that I can be confident in achieving it with lower temperatures than before.
Top Marks for fantastic cooling results.
