Product Description
Turns out perfection isn’t a myth – at least when it comes to baby’s bottle temperature! Whether you’re prepping milk for a dream feed or one of countless bottle feedings throughout the day, getting the temperature right can be tricky and time-consuming. Microwaves cause uneven heating while typical bottle warmers involve extra steps like filling and measuring water to work. Simplify bottle warming with Munchkin’s 98° Digital Bottle Warmer, which safely heats milk to body temperature, a.k.a. the perfect 98.6 degrees. It's easy and intuitive, with no water reservoir to fill or measurements to make. Just grab a prepped bottle from the fridge, twist it into the base, flip the unit and go! The one-touch digital display keeps track of a bottle’s temperature as it warms, never exceeding 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. And it's compact too, because you don’t need more baby clutter on the countertop. Works with virtually all household electrical outlets that supply 120 volts. Not too hot, not too cold—the 98° Digital Bottle Warmer is always just right! Includes a 1-year limited warranty.

1. Temperature is perfectly safe (I’d have sent it back to the kitchen if it were soup or hot chocolate) and preferable so you don’t have to rush after taking it off the warmer.
2. Easy to clean. I made a half-vinegar solution to keep handy for soaking every few days. (Directions say daily but I didn’t find it necessary).
3. Compact, easy to pack, takes up so little space on the counter.
Happy to say my baby is no longer picky about milk in a bottle! I even used the temperature gauge to slowly offer cooler and cooler milk. I just turned it off before it came to temp.
2. SUPER frustrating that even when you’re using the adapters exactly as the directions say to, it STILL LEAKS and makes a huge mess. ”don’t cry over spilled milk” goes right out the window. Breast milk is called liquid gold for a reason, so spilling an ounce or two because of a warmer is infuriating 🤬
3. Pain in the a** to clean. Even after wiping down between uses, this warmer accumulates build up & you have to use serious manpower to scrape it off, and even then the metal is stained. Beyond annoying. THEN, once you assemble it to be used again, you have to make sure there is absolutely zero flaws in the assembly because if so it will leak. So not only does it acquire grime/get dirty quickly, cleaning it AND reassembling after cleaning is a nightmare.
4. Takes longer than other warmers I’ve tried & the time to warm is inconsistent. On average it takes about 7 mins to warm a refrigerated bottle of breast milk.
The only positive thing I have to say about this product is that it doesn’t overheat the milk. If it worked how it was supposed to it would be incredible, but it rarely does.
@ Munchkin- make a warmer for specific bottles, that don’t need adapters or O-rings because that’s where the major issues lie.
I ordered this for a long road trip with baby and struggled each time we needed to stop to eat.
Mainly because the warmer will leak once you flip it back over regardless of the silicone rings being in place or not. If you have wipes on hand when you’re ready to remove the bottle it is manageable.
The last thing that I noticed is the warmer does overheat at times, this does not happen every time but it definitely will go over the desired temp from time to time.
Despite all the negatives it is honestly a handy thing to have when you’re visiting a family members home or somewhere you have access to easy clean up methods. However, using on road trips are a big NO from us:)
One thing I noticed is that it will not heat correctly if you are trying to warm less than 30 ml of milk.
After 4 months of use 5 - 8 times a day it started not working correctly. It will still warm the milk, but sometimes I have to do it a few times. Sometimes it works on the first time.
Even though it isn't functioning as it used to, we are ordering another one because of the ease of use.
First off I know other reviews say the same thing but I thought it was portable because it says it’s portable in the description, (which is inaccurate and should be revised) but it’s not. And with the cord it uses— I could not find a car adapter to make it portable. The pictures are also deceiving because it doesn’t show the cord in most of the pictures which makes one think it can be portable/ cordless.
Next, the adapters do NOT work. I have evenflo bottles and have tried 15+ times to warm the milk without having it spill when I flipped it back over. Every single time I made sure the silicone rings were in the right spots, the adapters was screwed in just right, the bottle was screwed in tight enough, I checked everything. And every single time I lost between 1/2 oz. - 1&1/2 oz. Of breast milk which is really frustrating because I exclusively pump and am trying to save as much milk as I can. The milk would leak out between the adapter and the warmer so I think the silicone ring and the adapters don’t connect like they should. I even tried just doing it with water to see if I could rig it just right but it always spilled. And it always went all over the counter, all over the bottle warmer and all over the bottle🙄. Maybe if you don’t have to use an adapter it would work good, but if you have to use one it won’t work.
Last cleaning it isn’t as easy as just “wiping it out”. For me at least, I had the hardest time trying to grab the tab to pull the silicone ring out so it took me forever to get that out in order to clean under it. Also if the milk dries on the warmer part it’s kind of harder to clean off so you have to scrub it a little bit.
It is easy to use and I never had any problems with the button. I did like the price and would rather not have to spend $70-$100+ to get a portable bottle warmer that doesn’t require adding water, but I think that might just have to be the case. The overall functionality just isn’t great so we will be sending it back after only about 4 days of having it. I love the concept but the execution just doesn’t work :///.
