Ich habe den Wok 2015 gekauft. Erst war ich nervös, ob das Kochen mit ihm funktioniert, da einige Rezensionen beschrieben, dass der Wok nicht heiß genug wird.

Ich habe den Wok in den letzten 7 Jahren fast wöchentlich genutzt. Dabei achte ich darauf, dass der Boden ohne Öl erstmal durchgewärmt wird. Nach Erwärmung Öl und kurz danach das Fleisch rein. Das Fleisch brät dann schnell und gut an. Natürlich hängt es immer ein wenig an, was sich aber ja bei asiatischen Rezepten durch Zugabe von Flüssigkeit wieder ablöst.

Mein Wok funktioniert prima, lässt sich einfach reinigen und sieht auch noch aus, wie am ersten Tag - nichts eingebrannt oder verzogen.

J'ai déjà eu une poêle Fissler : l'alliage est à toutes épreuves, vous ne craignez rien en grattant dedans, et vous assimilez une dose de fer en suisinant vos aliments.
Avantage de ce wok Fissler : en plus d'être beau, il a deux poignées au lieu d'un manche, ce qui est bien plus pratique, et est livré avec un magnifique couvercle en verre qui à lui seul dégage qualité (mais lourd).
