This is a really wonderful collection of short stories that have been peened by some of todays top authors in support of the Live A Thousand Lives charity. While the stories themselves may be short, the feels are huge. This collection is a great way to treat yourself while showing your support to a great cause that as readers we can all feel a strong connection to. I am posting a candid review of my own volition. While I feel that the whole collection is well worth reading I particularly enjoyed: Flirting With A Good Time by Willow Winters: This engaging short introduces you to Cade and Sharon. You only get a few chapters but these two seriously will hit you right in the feels. I'm not going to lie, there is not enough her to satisfy but it is more than enough to have you needing and craving more. Sweet, poignant and emotional. Shaken by Livia Grant: This short brought some humor and cuteness to the table. Lanie and Jacob engage in lots of witty banter and generate lots of sparks when fate steps in to bring these two together. Very fun and hot. The Inevitable by Nikki Ash: Sierra and Kolton's story is very emotionally intense and powerfully moving. Trust me when I say that the feels are plentiful as this couple struggles with what the heart wants, while your head is telling you something different. It is cute, sweet, fun and all about the feels.

My review cover WHITE RIBBON by Aleatha Romig WHITE RIBBON is the introductory short story in Aleatha Romig’s contemporary adult THE RIBBON erotic, romantic suspense series focusing on Julia MacGrath, and businessman Donavan Sherman. NOTE: WHITE RIBBON was first released as part of the I HAVE LIVED, AND I HAVE LOVED anthology. Told from first person perspective (Julia McGrath) WHITE RIBBON follows in the aftermath of Julia McGrath’s life having spiralled out of control. Two weeks before her wedding Julia discovers that her fiance had been having an affair with Julia’s maid of honor, and the couple were expecting a child. Refusing to sit around as the jilted lover Julia leaves Chicago just days before the New Year, to start a new job in Northern Wisconsin but a surprise snowstorm finds our heroine stranded on the side of the road, only to be rescued by a stranger who calls himself Van. Spending one erotic night together in an isolated cabin, Van and Julia would go their separate ways, only to meet up a day later where Julia’s future is about to be revealed. WHITE RIBBON is a story of betrayal and heart break; rescue and seduction; surprise and revelations. The premise is intriguing and engaging; the characters are colorful, energetic and secretive; the $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and intense. WHITE RIBBON ends on a cliff hanger. Julia and Van’s story continues in RED SIN-October 2021.

I Have Lived and I Have Loved is a wonderful collection of short stories put together for a charity anthology, it not only gives you the opportunity to support a worthy cause it also gives you some quick reads from some of our favourite authors. At this time I have only read Baby It’s Cold Outside by Melanie Harlow and Corrine Michaels This is a sweet story about two strangers who meet because of a Christmas tree and as you would expect from these two authors it has the perfect mix of love and humour. It’s a fun, entertaining, light hearted read that will appeal to all lovers of the holiday season. All the profits from this anthology are going to the Live A Thousand Lives Charity which is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to making audiobooks more accessible to individuals with low to no mobility. Live A Thousand Lives provides audio players preloaded with classic stories to individuals in hospitals, care homes and nursing facilities so with that in mind I urge you to one click and support this great cause. I was lucky enough to get an early addition but I have still preordered my copy.
