It does come with the 45RPM adapter.  33 1/3&#39;s and 78&#39;s have the small hole so do not need any type of adapter.

Yes is sounds weak at first with just the volume, but there is a switch in the back of it to make the stereos louder.

As A Gift

I saw these on eBay and various other places but walmart.com had it the cheapest so I took a chance and literally 2 days later was on my front portch?! (Crazy fast shipping and I selected "economy" shipping. Product works great so far, so all good! (Walmart was also the cheapest shipping but I thought free shipping was available to home delivery but maybe it has to be a certain price or something?)

Very good product

It's not an expensive turntable system of course - but it's a decent little record player - Jensen is a respected brand.  Built in 2" speakers are what you would expect - I hooked up some unused stereo speakers I had kept from an old cd player, and it really sounds great. There are no bass or treble controls so it's very minimal - but personally I'd rather listen to a Beatles album on this, than a remastered CD.  I avoid them like poison ivy.  I want the original mix, not some studio engineer's, who thinks he knows better than the original producer.  Turntables have an entirely different sound than CD/MP3 etc...clear and mellow.  You also get a little disc for playing 45's which is a plus.  Don't have any yet but I'm heading to the used record store in a few days to see what treasures I can find.

I'm loving it.

The turntable was packed very well with zero damage. It works fine and I'm happy with it. The reviews kept mentioning a $40.00 purchase price, which is less than I paid. The new economy, I guess.

The Jensen 3-speed turn table exceeded my expectations.  Enjoyed it right out of the box.  Excellent sound, not too loud but loud enough.

I purchased this for my Mother as a gift. So I decided just to make sure everything worked before I wrapped it. Oh it sounded wonderful! Shes going to love it!

Love it!

The sound quality is good when using internal speakers. Sounds much better if you bluetooth to a better one. Has connections for wired speakers as well. I deducted one star because the packing tape removed part of the design on the player. See photo.

Pretty good

The turntable does what it is advertised.  When I first took it out of the box I was not aware that the speakers have an on and off switch in the back.  After discovering that, the speakers are loud enough for my use -- but there is a connection on the side of the turntable which allows you to connect louder speakers if desired.  For the radio, you have to search radio stations since there is a turn-dial for that.  If you have been used to push button selection, this might be a little frustrating for you.  But, me, I purchased this mainly for the turntable. I have no complaints.

I have not used my turntable much, yet, but I expect to enjoy many hours of good music. The price was right, and the package arrived at my local Walmart in only a few days. I am very satisfied.

You get what you pay for.  The item came with its plastic cover chipped and gouged.  This product is made out of plastic and looks it.  I was hoping for something better.  Returned the same day I opened it.
