Issues encountered but Customer Service handled it
Update (13-DEC-2023):When I purchased this device I saw plenty of mentions of issues with it, whether that be the handle grip coming off or otherwise but purchased it anyways. For the time that I was able to use it, I enjoyed the device but alas it broke.I owned this product and used it infrequently (less than 3x a week) for two months until the connecting pieces on the inside of the device split and disconnected the handle from the head of the device. I know what the skeptic reading this will think "well you obviously used it wrong/ pressed too hard." Any assumptions aside, this happened after retrieving the device from the box that it is housed in. I attached the foam ball, reached up and over to message my trapezius and the handle and head separate without touching my body leaving me baffled.However, Bob & Brad's customer service did end up reaching out to me and quickly sought to resolve the issue. Honoring the warranty of my previous device and sending me a new device with a new warranty on that as well. They didn't have to do that but I am grateful that they did and because of it, I also respect them for that. (included picture of new unit delivered)If you made it this far in my review and still want to purchase? Do it. I enjoyed using the first device while it was functional and after Bob & Brad's customer service reaching out to me to resolve the issue, I would say don't be discouraged from buying it. Just know it is a possibility that these things happen inexplicably but Bob & Brad's customer service will work to resolve any issues you may encounter. Keep an eye out for emails from them after reaching out and you should be good in an event similar to mine.Good luck!

The case is compact and well designed. It seems study enough to protect the contents of you toss it into your gym back or into a drawer. It has a nice carry handle on the top.
Inside there are five different massage heads, although I use the ball head at least 90% of the time. Personal preference may lead you to find one of the other ones more effective.
It also includes a usb C charging cable. One minor negative is it doesn’t include a power adapter for it, you have to supply your own. You very likely have several already in your home like I do, but I still prefer to always get an adapter with each product.
The unit itself is smaller than I anticipated making it very easy to handle and maneuver into position.
There are five different vibration speeds. I find the lowest three are the most effective. The fastest speed is as aggressive as you could want, any more would likely be uncomfortable. If I could make a small change I would add another speed even slower than the first setting to widen the range even more.
I was somewhat concerned that the onboard battery pack would make it too heavy to comfortably use over time, but I actually find the weight to be about perfect. You need a bit of heft to help absorb the vibration from the massage head.
The battery seems to have plenty of power. I’ve used it for about an hour between charges without fully draining it. It takes around three hours to charge it back to full from that point. The four LED’s on the bottom clearly show the remaining batter in 25% increments.
Overall my experience with it is extremely positive. There are a couple of small changes I would like to see in a version 2, but I have no reservations about recommending this version as is to anyone looking for pain relief from muscle soreness.
