Hi all. I had an old Anker holder that would not support the size of my new S22, so I went to look for a new one and the reviews of VICSEED caught my attention and I decided to try. Product is great, well-built, easy to use and come with two different vent adapters, both very sturdy. Since I have a Mazda3 Gen 2 with the slanted vents I chose the spring-loaded hook and the two contact "floating" stabilizer. All works great but with a minor issue due to the slanted nature of the Mazda vents. I wrote to the company suggesting them to have a way to fix the stabilizer in a future version just because I like to help companies to perfect products that I like, I wasn't expecting any returns since it is a 20ish dollars item.
To my surprise I was contacted on the same day, just few hours later, by Cherri, offering me all the support and even asking my address to send me an alternative vent holder that should be better for the type of vent I have. I replied with my address and in a matter of hours I received the confirmation that the part was sent to my address FOR FREE - remember, it is a 20ish dollars item. It is amazing to have this type of support for it, says a lot about the company and its customer support team.
So, three days later the new vent holder arrived, free of charges, and it was exactly what I suggested, a fixed stabilizer. They had the solution already. I think it is not included with the product as very few cars have the same slanted type of vent used in the Mazda3 1st and 2nd generations.
I decided to write this review as I think good products with good customer service are a godsend thing nowadays. My sincere thanks to VICSEED and to Cherry, who was amazing in answering my suggestions, find the solution and being sure I received the new part for free.
If you are looking for a good phone holder look no further, get this one. Works great and have many options of vent adapters. If the original ones do not work for you just get in contact with the company, and I'm sure Cherry will take a good care of your problem as she did with mine.

Had to cheat and use both adapters
The kit comes with two adapters depending on the type of vent you use. You’re supposed to use one or the other only, but in doing so, I ran into an immediate problem.No matter which adapter I used, the phone holder would just drop forward. Even the one with the support legs. Its due to how far forward the phone holder sticks out.I lowered the one with the support legs all the way to the bottom vent blade. This time the legs rested against the front of the dash and wasn’t going anywhere. It worked!Kinda…I have a dashcam app I use in my wife’s truck, and the camera now sat too low to be useful. I was recording the vent. I was stumped. Then I came up with a moronic kludge but it worked.I left the adapter with the support legs on the lowest vent blade. That would keep the vent from flipping down. I had enough room between the vertical vent blades to use the other adapter on the top blade. The top adapter also was supported by the bottom adapter.This time, the camera sat high enough to clear the dash. Not all the way, but enough to be useful. I have a fancy fore and aft dashcam for my car, but my wife barely drives, and prefers that her personal chauffer, me, drives her everywhere whenever possible. The app on my phone is the easiest solution, and having a holder in the right place helps.It would’ve been better if the support legs had been longer and could be locked into position, and the phone be held higher. Of course, I could just give in and get her a dashcam for her truck…
