Overall the faucet was good. Most of it works well, except for the pull up side sprayer.
It would get stuck in the "on" position some times. Very annoying. Had to repeatedly press the button numerous times to get it to turn off. There seems to be no way to disassemble the sprayer to fix it except to replace the whole sprayer unit - hose and nozzle. The quality of the sprayer should have been much better and maybe even have the ability to replace the nozzle without having to replace the hose. Disappointed.

I LOVE my new faucet. The soap pump did give up the ghost about 6 months after installed but made a phone call to Pfister and they immediately sent me a replacement. couple months later the spray nozzle started getting stuk in the on position, another call and again, immediately sent me a new replacement! I love, love, love the look and the use of this faucet, worth every penny!! :)

Purchased to replace our original of the same model. Install was not too bad and the faucet itself looks great and seems to be well made. Mostly metal construction. Operation after install however was horrid. The flow out of the spout and side spray was not even a trickle. I had good flow out of the hot and cold supply lines. My previous faucet worked ok but was leaking and the finish was wearing off. So I know it is an issue with the new faucet. Checked the aerator and I also removed the flow restrict or from the diverter(found in google search). Finally called pfister. The first call with typical level 1 tech we went through the script. Ended up sending me a new cartridge that was going to tak 7-10 days. I ordered one from Amazon and got it in 2 days. Tried both and no change. I did get to see that the cartridge in the current model is less than half the size of the old one. I called pfister again and asked for next level tech. Well that was no help as she was going to try and send me a new diverter, again another 7-10 days. I said no thanks as I know it was not that. Returned this to Amazon and got and just installed a Moen Edison. Install of the Moen was a breeze and it works as it should right out of the box. I have a functional kitchen faucet again.

So I would have to say the new model has serious design or QA issues. I will not buy another pfister.
