Ive gone through a couple kits already. 3 sticks now have just randomly died. Pc is working fine then I reboot or shut down and the next boot a stick isn’t showing up in bios or windows….they’ve just died randomly. Seems like the titanium sticks are very poor quality.

Ich habe alleine dieses Jahr schon 17 Pcs zusammengebaut und eine Menge Ram von verschiedenen Herstellern, sowie auch verschiedene Boards aller Preisklassen verwendet.

Bei intel ist seit der 12. Generation der Memory Controller in der CPU integriert und das bringt eine reihe Faktoren ins Spiel, die Fertigungstoleranzen unterliegen, denn ob euer gekaufter RAM mit der 12,13 oder 14. Intel CPU mit den angegebenen Geschwindigkeiten funktioniert, liegt maßgeblich bei eurem Glück wie hochwertig die CPU und deren Silicon Qualität ist.

Am besten testet man als erstes jeden Riegel in einem Slot einzeln mit der Standard Geschwindigkeit durch (memtest86). Wenn man weiss, dass beide Riegel in Ordnung sind, dann nimmt man einen und Testet jeden Ram slot ebenfalls mit Standard Speed. So gehen wir sicher, dass alle Ram slots funktionsfähig sind (solange der RAM erkannt wird).

Jetzt kommt das Drama. Bei der CPU und dem IMC (integrierten Memory Controller) ist es wichtig, dass der Anpressdruck von Cooler und Contact Frame stimmt. Weniger ist mehr, zu fest wird meistens mit variablen Fehlern im memtest quittiert. Auch die Kontaktflächen müssen absolut sauber sein, also saubere Umgebung und Handschuhe verwenden (vorbeugend).

Wenn das alles so weit grün ist, geht es darum, ob der IMC das XMP verträgt. Da gibt es keine pauschale Lösung. jeder IMC hat je nach Güte eine andere Grenze. Zwischen 5600 mhz (standard) und 8000+ Mhz (selten und teure boards notwendig) ist alles möglich. teures board ist aber nur die halbe miete, Glück bei der CPU ist essentiell. Wenn der IMC Standard ist und nicht überragend, wird viel mehr als 7200mhz nicht drin sein.

Jedenfalls wählt dann das XMP (standard, alle Settings des Herstellers, keine tweaked oder ähnlich) aus, zb 7200mhz oder diesem Kit 6600/6800mhz
Wenn der PC bootet, schon mal gut, falls nicht bios reset oder fail safe und 200 mhz runter gehen jeweils bis er bootet. Wenn er bootet, wieder memtest laufen lassen. Wenn fehler im memtest ausgegeben werden, dann wieder 200mhz runter. Solange bis er fehlerfrei 1 besser 2 Iterationen (all core) durchläuft.

Damit habt ihr den Bereich gefunden, den der IMC der CPU verträgt. Das war zb bei meinem 13900 7800mhz, aber bei meinem 14700kf nur 6400mhz. Ist aber kein Beinbruch, denn mhz sind nicht alles.
Anstatt voll auf Bandbreite gehen, mit bescheidenen Timings, kann man durch das Polster zwischen gewähltem Takt und XMP nun die Timings optimieren.

Beispiel beim 14700kf, war fehlerfrei nicht mehr als 6400mhz drin. Egal ob 1 oder 2 Module, egal welche Spannungen, egal welche Kits. Es traten immer Fehler nach 1,2,3 Iterationen Memtest auf, sobald ich über 6400mhz bin.
Das Kit hat ein XMP von 6600mhz, das wählen wir aus, gehen dann auf die ermittelte Geschwindigkeit (beispiel 6400mhz) und gehen dann ins bios zu den Dram timings und setzen anstatt CL 32-39-39-76, -> 30-38-38-38-28.

Wieder memtest machen, auch gerne 4 iterationen laufen lassen um sicher zu sein, dass das System absolut stabil ist. Wenn ja, habt ihr den Ram für eure IMC konfiguriert und habt eine bessere latency als mit 32-39-39-39-76.

Ich habe teure A-Dies wie TG 8000er verbaut, Corsair, Gskill, Fury. In keinem Fall war der Ram defekt oder Schuld, es liegt entweder im IMC, am Anpressdruck von Kühler/Contact Frame, oder Staub/Schmutz an der Kontaktfläche der CPU. Also sauber arbeiten, gefühlvoll von Hand anziehen. weniger ist mehr.

Und CPU erst nach dem Memory tunen und auch danach noch mal einen Memtest machen..dann hat man ein absolut stabiles system.

En auto(forcer en 4800 sinon ça boot pas ...) les timming se callent en 44 et non 40 comme annoncé.....maj: si je force les timmings spd pr du 4800 ça passe nickel...
Impossible à démarrer en 6400 xmp sur une z690 apex avec i512600k....
Je ne sais pas quoi en penser vue le prix... je continu à chercher les timmings et reglage pr le 6ghz pr l instant... le pb vient sûrement de ma CM... Bon je confirme incompatibilité des profils avec Z690, cependant actuellement elles tournent sur une Z690 APEX en 6ghz avec 1.35v et des timing relâché à 40 sans erreur.
Je remonte d'une étoile par principe mais ne mets pas le max car j'aurai aimé avoir l'info ds la description comme sur le site de corsair....

が、今の時代浪漫を忘れちゃ自作なんてできない、そういう人向けかと。
はっきり言ってコスパは最悪の部類ですがそれを補って余りある美しさがあります。
