True to it's sizing chart. Although I haven't gotten in the water with it, I have worn it MANY times on a pedal kayak. I can pedal with no restrictions to my leg movement, and I can move around the kayak with ease. Comfy in hot weather too (of course, you'll still sweat in 90+ degree (F) heat). This one is the "womens" version, but I am a guy and find it more comfy than the also comfy mens version.
