About this ebook

I married the bad boy from Brooklyn.

The one with the tattoos and the look in his eyes that told me he was bad news.

The look that comes with all sorts of warnings.

I knew what I was doing.

I knew by the way he put his hands on me; how he owned me with his forceful touch.

I couldn’t say no to him, not that I wanted to. That was then, and it seems like forever ago.

Years later, I’ve grown up and moved on. But he’s still the man I married. Dangerous in ways I don’t like to think about.

I did this to myself. I knew better than to fall for him.

I only wish love was enough to fix this…

You Know I Love You is book 1 of a duet. It is the second duet in the series, but it can be read first.

What an emotional ride. You Know I Love You is book three in the You Are Mine Series and the first nook in the duet featuring Evan and Kat. Both Evan and Kat have emotional scars that have always played a party in who they are. Their story is full of romance, angst, lies, half truths, you name it. It is a full on roller coaster ride that you don’t want to end but when it does you’re emotionally breathless. Kat is written in such a way that she’s strong but yet vulnerable to her own thoughts and emotions. Her mind says one thing, her heart another. These intertwined thoughts between her mind and heart keep her in a place that is ever polarizing. Evan has his own demons to deal with. Even though he and Kat have been married for years, his lifestyle (job) caters to the rich and famous. There is an anything goes mentality that at times gets unlawful and immoral. He loves Kat but this creates conflict that causes a strain within their marriage. Willow has once again written a story that you can have a love/dislike relationship with both the hero and heroine. Both Kat and Evan’s characters are written within a story that pulls you in and entangles your mind and emotions all at the same time. You do not have to read the first two books in the series to read and enjoy this emotional gripping ,edge of you seat take of love, lies, and everything in between. I received an advance copy from the author in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are of my own accord and were not influenced by the author or her promotional team.

I read this book and loved it when it was first published as Damaged, this is revised and re written version elevating the previous one to a whole new level. Kat and Evans story is heartbreaking, full off angst, are emotions, secrets, lies and suspense. Ensure you have your tissues ready with this, it's defiantly an emotional, intense read. This is part of a duet, so does end on a Cliff hanger, and wow, what a Cliff hanger it is. I can't wait for the next book.

“You Know I Love You,” is a thunderstorm of extreme sadness and emotional pain with soul-stirring moments that pull your heart strings, steamy romance scenes that leave you breathless, conflict, insecurity and a cliffhanger that left me craving more. Kat fell hard for the bad boy from Brooklyn years ago. One date and she was his. Now their marriage is soaring towards an end because Evan is a hiding a multitude of secrets that haunt him. Kat believes Evan is lying to her, which has her losing faith in him. She thought their love could withstand all the storms of marriage and keep them happy forever until love was not enough. Evan must prove to Kat that they belong together! Great, well-written read with excellent character interaction. The realism of this story is impressive and kept me turning pages until the last word. Poetry helps you visualize the mental anguish that Kat and Evan feel. Backstories bring you closer to the characters. I felt genuine compassion for both of them. Relishing this read, I voluntarily reviewed a pre-release copy via the author.
