I didn't want the regular knee pads made for sleeping because they were hard to get on and off and double the price for one knee pad. The price on these are great, you get two knee pads (wear one, wash one) and they are easy to adjust with the velcro so your knee doesn't feel constricted or get too hot. Velcro doesn't scratch my leg either which I was worried about. Highly recommend as sleeping knee pad.
