Layouts follow listing photos. For instance, if the listing shows 'Harry is 50', it will supersede 'HARRY is FIFTY' in your input.

To assist in our fast turnaround most of our items don't come with a standard proof, though some exceptions are noted in product descriptions. If you'd like a proof for an item that doesn't normally include one, specify this in the 'notes to seller' at checkout.

When we do send a proof you have 48 hours to approve a sent proof. This aids in our fast turnaround. If we don't hear from you, we'll proceed with the proof. This waives your right to a remake for any unnoticed errors.

When checking proofs, it's crucial to remember that the onus is on you to ensure the accuracy. We unfortunately cannot remake an order if a mistake slips past the proofing phase and the item goes into production.

We work within a fast turnaround however it always helps to choose the most suitable shipping method for time sensitive orders

LOCAL SHIPPING - Express post is highly recommended for time sensitive orders. It is not guaranteed overnight but is still the more reliable option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Standard post through Australia Post & USPS is est at 10 days however it is not as reliable for time sensitive orders as DHL Express.

DHL is est at the same time frame (10 days) but is more reliable and usually faster.

We do not guarantee delivery time frames on behalf of a thirty party, nor do we refund orders that are delayed beyond our control.
