"My Desire" in the original, shows a healthy dose of that early 90s spirit combined with a pop sensibility. It is very complete and rounded and in the true sense for us the hit of the album. The track pins down the essence of The MFA album "Lights Out" released in two weeks time. It shows from many angles the intensity of what club culture is about. The track has for sure, that pop quality which sets it apart. My Desire was remixed by Aaron Hedges, No Point, Harald Björk and Delone.

The American DJ and producer Aaron Hedges is a real recording artist. Releasing music for the past 20 years and attending illegal raves and acid house parties in the early 90ies in Washington DC, Aaron started his own label, District of Corruption, in 2002 with a bang. His track, “Watching Me”, a gritty post 9/11 was licensed by techno legend Jeff Mills for his “Exhibitionist” dj/live audio/visual project. He has been living in Berlin since 2004 and plays across Berlin in the Panorama Bar/Berghain, Maria, Pfefferbank, Kino, Arena, Ballhaus Ost/Im, Bar25, Chalet, Katerholzig and Club der Visionaere. Aaron has continued to release original music with Traum Schallplatten and we are happy to have this wonderful house remix on our label. You can see how Aaron has transferred the sensual & moody original into a very groovy track where the beat is seductive as hell.

You might know No Point from his recent solo EP on Traum and his Tour De Traum contributions. Musically his remix goes a completely different way to the original. It is very creative in dealing with the original elements and adds a lot of its own style. Expect nothing but wild and emotional twists, all catchy and explosive.

Harald Björk entered the Traum Schallplatten universe in 2007 with his "Brus" release and has recently remixed Extrawelt for us. His remix starts all dreamy and then gets punctured by cool linear and sexy drum beats creating a hell of a train ride through what we imagine could be a northern all nature landscape.

The last remix comes from Ibiza resident Delone aka Andres Téllez de Gregorio who was responsible for additional recording and mixing work in his studio for The MFA album. His remix is very atmospheric and dreamy altogether and creates a nice bubble where time stands still. The long intro will be also interesting for DJs who are looking for exactly that to build up tension. Other than that Delone’s remix has an epic quality in which sounds seem to have a nice water color aesthetic.
