He’ll never let her go

Lucy knows the rules. Don’t go out under the full moon. Never travel in the countryside without silver.

But we all make mistakes sometimes…

When a sudden storm drives Lucy off the road, she takes shelter in an abandoned castle. The castle is surrounded by tall silver walls, so she thinks she’s safe. No werewolf can get past silver.

But not all walls are meant to keep things out.

Lucy only wanted shelter, but what she finds is a cage—and an alpha werewolf who will never let her go. She knows she has to escape, but she’s not sure what frightens her most: that the wolf will break her… or that she’ll enjoy it.

Ciaran and Lucy’s steamy story continues in Claimed by the Wolf!

Lucy a young woman traveling though Europe on her cycle runs into very bad weather, freezing temperatures, lonely castle in the middle of nowhere, and a werewolf. Ciaran a werewolf with a beautiful castle that Lucy breaks into to get out of the bad weather. He mistakes her for someone who chases wolves to sleep with them. He does try to protect her from himself on the full moon... she doesn't follow his instructions. She will get away but does she really want to? Future books will tell us.

This was a pretty good read, but it went a little fast for me, and I would’ve loved a point of view for him.

This was almost episodic, short, intriguing enough to go to the next. Lucy, is hard to picture in your mind there really is no character description, Ciaran the werewolf is dark, that's it dark... Trigger warning for those of you that need them. This is not dubcon, this is noncon all the way, if that is not your thing do not read this. For me, I am curious enough to get book two...

Fun story. Can't ask for anything more. Ciaran is the master of the castle. Lucy is on a crusade to take pictures. When you get caught in a storm you go for shelter. Take this fun adventure of these to playing a cat and mouse game. I voluntarily read this book as an arc for an honest review

I did read and finish this. It would have gotten a higher rating if not for the cliffhanger. This does not need to be a3 book series on the same couple.

I downloaded Trapped by the Wolf as a free ebook from Amazon. Violent, non-consentual (sorta) sex, and a basic storyline (which had a lot of unrealized potential for a full-sized novel)--this erotic offering is well-written, but may not be for everyone. While not exactly a cliffhanger, the ending is open-ended, so the reader feels there is more to come.

Yeah, it's just bad. It's incredibly short, super cliche, and makes no sense on any level. Like she's riding her motorcycle at night in a world where werewolves are known to exist and doesn't even know it's a full moon? And she's just like shocked that this dude who is behaving super wolfishly is a werewolf? Dude's eyes turn a different color in front of her and she's just like "Guess I imagined it!". Like I get that suspension of disbelief is a thing, but when the main character is that dumb, it's kinda impossible.

What a dark, twisted book. I hated how it ended because it was so terrifyingly encrossing, I actually found myself feeling sorry for the werewolf and not his victim. What happens next? I have to read Book 2 to find out but first I plan on seeing what else this author has wriiten.

1.0 out of 5 stars Overpriced rape
Reviewed in Germany on August 21, 2023
This book tries to make rape sexy. It's also very, very short and I didn't continue after the first part. It didn't appear to be a complete book. Add to that the creepiness of it all and I was just done. If you want to read a bodice ripper from the 70s, then you have found the right book

4.0 out of 5 stars A quick and intriguing read

Wow!
This was a decent short read.
Warning though, it's rough...
As in the intimacy within the book isn't as a romantic interlude would be...
So I would read any warnings carefully before reading, that aside... a fast paced intriguing read...
I thoroughly enjoyed, which kind of surprised me to be honest.... (mainly during the more 'forceful' interactions)..
So if you love fast paced short (rough) romance then you'll love this book...

4.0 out of 5 stars Great introduction to this author.

I've not read anything by Juno Blake before, but I did enjoy this.

Lucy is on a trip around Europe. With nothing but her motorcycle, backpack and trusty camera, she embarks on a wondrous adventure.

On a dark, rain filled night, she needs to take shelter, but there's been nothing for miles.
Then she sees it, rising out of the waves, like something out of Brigadoon, a castle.
Needing to shelter from the rain, she clambers over the locked gate and goes in.
The place looks deserted, maybe she can shower, sleep and then get on her way.

Ciaran Mallory has other ideas.
He is a shape shifter.
He believes she's there for another purpose; a pack chaser.

So he's going to give her exactly what he thinks she came for.

Let the game begin....
