We are a fan of a Japanese brand and discovered this Korean brand, and decided to go for it. I love the space egg shape, and then cooked our first Jasmine rice..ooh, it was beautifully cooked. Then tried the other options like congee..perfectly cooked again. I can’t wait to try the other options including slow cooking a stew.
The design is beautiful, contemporary modern. The only improvement is better written instructions to switch to the ‘second page’ of options. It took 5 minutes to figure it out.

Incredible how the taste of rice from the same type varies with just one rice cooker. The usage is very simple, and the rice is quickly and deliciously cooked. I bought the 10-cup size, and even when making a small amount, it turned out tasty. Unlike my previous rice cooker, which produced tasteless rice when making a small quantity. Moreover, it has various cooking modes, allowing versatile use beyond just making rice. I tried making Korean Bossam, putting in pork shoulder, green onion, garlic, black pepper, and apple, and steaming it for 45 minutes in steam mode resulted in a perfectly moist Bossam. The preset function makes it very convenient to have the food ready at the desired time. However, I wish there was a way to turn off the voice guidance; ultimately, I end up unplugging it when not in use.

I've used Cuckoo for 15 years since I got married, and I bought Cuchen this time because the new model design of Cuchen was so pretty. The sticky rice is glossy and tastes very savory.
I cook rice twice a week and freeze it. This rice cooker has a frozen rice function, so it's very good.
When I defrost the rice, it tastes like freshly made rice. I love it.
