About the author
Author of the Titan and Battle Mage Farmer series, Seth loves writing science fiction and fantasy.
Growing up traveling between the USA and Ghana, West Africa, books were Seth's constant companions. As he grew, so did his imagination, spawning fantastical tales of heroes and villains, of magic, technology, and skill.
Eventually, Seth thought it would be a good idea to write some of his stories down since he was running out of room in his head. Seth Ring currently lives with his wife, kids, and dog in the United States of America.

Does Thorn basically stomp everyone and everything, is perfect at magic, fighting, and crafting, and is generally unstoppable? Yes. Unqualified Yes.
Otherwise, my one critique of this particular book is that it does get hung up on meaningless details, so there's really not very much main plot advancement. Reminds me of Good Guys a bit in getting derailed by newly introduced things that end up taking the whole book.
On the other hand, it's fun enough that I don't care. If the author continues in the same style, he could write 30 books like this and I would happily read them all :)
If I have to list a negative about the Tower series, it would be that I read each one to fast and have to wait so long for the next.

This isn’t.
Rich characters, clever plots and stories … just the right amount of predictability but not too much. Very cleverly crafted and paced.
An excellent, enjoyable read.
Thanks Seth 😀
