The Hundred

This book has the pulse pounding action of the Savage Wars and a touch of the brilliant, yet nightmarishly psychotic ride that is Gods and Legionnaires. Throw that together with a shot of pure adrenaline and we get The Hundred. The second battle for New Vega is winner take all.
A line in the sand has been drawn. It’s up to Tyrus Rechs and his newly formed Legionnaires and Fleet to drive The Savages Tribes off New Vega. No matter how high the cost.
Stephen Lang’s narration is awesome as always. The Savage Wars Trilogy has everything a fan of sci-fi could ask for. I’ve been looking forwards to writing this review for a week (I bought and read the pre release.). If you haven’t read or listened to Galaxy’s Edge you are seriously missing out.

Didn't Forget Nothin'

I loved this book, more than I've got words to say. Its chaos, and running gunfights, and brotherhood from one end to the other, with a little crazy and weird mixed in. And heroes. Average Joe heroes and Larger than Life heroes. I love a well done story about heroes and The Hundred is top shelf, and Stephan Lang did a great job bringing it to life.
To the Authors: Thank you, and well done.

The Best Mil-SciFi Series available...

I've loved this universe from the first time I took a chance and bought a book...but I'm just in shock how deep and well planned the entire series is. I was happy when the one off Order of Legionare books came out, thrilled with the merc Takeover series, but the Savage Wars not only was thrilling but tied together alot of loose threads.
If you haven't read Best of Us...do so and this SW3 will make more sense.

Star Wars and Disney should take notes...KTF.

KTF!!

I loved book three of this expanded Galaxy Edge universe, (review might be a bit biased). Not everyone sticks their landing, Cole & Anspach nail theirs with the third Savage wars installment, true non stop action. Lang has grown on me throughout the series, want and need more Tyrus Rechs!

solid but wish there was more

just looking forward to the next step. kinda felt like the build up from the 2nd book's savage perspective didn't deliver but I'll still give it 5 stars because of previous books and that parts didnt always make sense at times but the overall story does in the end

Return To Excellence

Book three in the series has returned to the format I really enjoy from the Anspach and Cole universe. This, after book two, where I yawned through the first 17 chapters.

The Hundred is a winner. I couldn’t stop listening and binged through the audio version in less than 2 days.

Nobody but Stephen Lang should ever narrate any Galaxy’s Edge tale.

The hammer blow of the Legion

Absolutely stunning! The 100 totally delivered, and what a way to wrap a trilogy! That 2nd epilogue tho.......! Like, Savage wars was action packed balls to the wall KTF and thats great, but Gods got a bit floaty at times, but it was still very good, but the 💯!? Threw it all in a rage blender and made a protein (pun intended) shake of bad-assitude. Keep them coming!

Written and performed incredibly well. Thank you.

J. Anspach & Cole have Co-authored my now favourite series of sci-fi. Stephen Lang breathes life into each character.

Powerful Story and Equally Powerful Performance

The GE series is spectacular IMOP. The series simply hits every note of a great story. Equally Bray and Porter are top notches voice actors; they both have an uncanny ability to bring the characters and story to life. Specific to this title, I was left exhausted, but wanting more . The characters are well represented, the action is gritty and nonstop, the story is well told and filled with emotion. I just don't know how Anspach and Cole keep such a high level excellence. Additionally, Lang is spectacular. If you've never listened to the Iliad and the Odyssey I highly recommend. Lang is that good; listening to him tell the story is like hearing a really long well told poem. I highly recommend this book.
