Great pan
I grew up eating angel food cake and thought it was time to bake it for myself. Love the healthier coating than the nonstick alternative. Worked great! My first cake came out perfect. The only downside was the inner removable part was a little bent so it didn't lay flat in the outer part. I was able to bend it down so it sat more snugly. Overall very satisfied.

This pan did a great job holding the entire batter. I have some decretive pans that I was overfilling. Then I would use a loaf pan to bake the extra batter. No need for that now. Also I noticed that this pan cooks quicker. The cake was done about 20 min earlier than usual. I think the ceramic allowed for better heat distribution. I love it! The pan is sturdy but not too heavy.

Unfortunately, the pan that was shipped was incomplete. The outer shell of the pan arrived but the center section did not. It was returned yesterday but we have not reordered it yet. Apparently some of the new hires in the shipping department are unable to perform to Amazon's standards yet. We've had 5 orders that have been faulty.
1. The cake pan, 2.duplicated shipping of cosmetic products , 3. the wrong color of laser cartridge, 4. duplicated AT&T cordless phone 5. wrong laser cartridge shipped. It has been a comedy of errors all within the past month.
