I bought one about a year ago but I broke it by being too forceful. Totally my fault. The seller has always been great and might have made accommodation for me with my broken Snorlax, but it wouldn't have felt right. I just bought a new one. The quality of the plastic seems better to me and it stands up better than before. I don't know if the weight distribution is better or if the get are more flat or what but it doesn't fall backwards as much now. So, if there are reviews about that in the past, they might be outdated.

At first, I received a defective version of my item, but the seller shipped me a free replacement that arrived quickly and in great condition.
