Sizzix's Big Shot - I have been using this machine since 2011 and in my opinion, it's the best die cutting machine out there - totally reliable, versatile, and very compatible with other companies products.  Excellent!  Did I mention that I use them for my card Making Classes and have 3 - 4 of them, and would not be with out them.  Thank you for a great product.

I LOVE Sissix, but thought this would be bigger than what it was. It is so cute, i wanted to keep it, but am returning it unused.   Looking for something non-electric, but with a bigger pad.

box was damaged and it was missing the crank shaft.  had to order a replacement.

Received item in box that was damaged, item looked ok till i took it out of the box and was missing the handle, looked like it had been opened and possibly used, dont know how without a handle. Returned it to my local store. Two days later the same item was deliverd to me again, damaged box, no handle parts. Called customer service, said I never returned it. I had the receipe from the store saying different. Said they would send me a new one and a lable for the damaged one to be picked up. So far (5 days) have not received either the new item or a return lable to send the damaged one back………

The machine was defective, they authorized the refund, I returned it and it arrived at its destination 3 weeks ago and they have not refunded my money

it arrived today with holes in box and looks like they send a used and previously returned broken one.

I purchased this item on 12/04//2022 and recieved it a few weeks later. began using it in January of ‘23. As of 3/3023 it now longer works at all! Sizzix wont respond to any of my request for help. lets see If Michaels will help me
