-reputable brand
Dislike:
-very mild iron scent, just swallow them quickly
-nausea: to troubleshoot this side effect I take all three at night right before bed and never have an issue. They make me very nauseous if I take them in the morning. I’ve never tried taking them in the middle of the day like some other users have posted.
I switched to this prenatal and started a new medicine around the same time. I thought the medicine was giving me insomnia, but because it was working like it should, I steeled myself to deal with it, however miserable. Some nights, I got barely 2-3 hours.
I decided to switch back to my old prenatal, and what do you know? My insomnia got better almost immediately. I don’t know why I didn’t consider it being the prenatal.
If you have trouble sleeping or insomnia, I don’t recommend this product. It made me miserable, and I won’t ever take it again.
