Bouillon was a big part of my cooking and when my daughter choose to be a vegetarian, I struggled to find a satisfying Vegetable bouillon, until now. This is by far the best I have tried and it is a staple in my house. Well done! The only sad part is that it is hard to find in my local stores.

I've been using Knorr vegetarian bouillon for years. People either really like my soups or they're good liars :) It used to be easy to find in supermarkets, but a little more difficult now. I can find it in Asian markets, or I'll order it by the case in my closest natural food grocers.

My favorite vegetarian bouillon

This is my favorite bouillon. It has been missing from stores for nearly two years. I use this vegetable base in ALL of my homemade soups and drink it straight when all I want is a cup of hot broth. I've been trying other brands and nothing compares. PLEASE bring vegetable bouillon back to stores. The grocers claim they cannot order this product anymore.

I have been using Knorr Vegetable Bouillon for years. My husband is a vegetarian and this is the only thing that works with southern cooking. But... I can't find it anywhere now. What happened? I've been to every grocery store in my area and they don't have it anymore. Please help!

Can't find it!

This used to be my go-to bouillion. As a vegetarian it's near impossible to eat soup anywhere but home but I could always count on Knorr to help me make delicious soups at home.  This new recipe not only doesn't have the same crisp flavor but it's thick and near impossible to melt.  PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD RECIPE. This change was not an improvement.

Ordered a case of 24 packages and they send me a single package of 6. I'm not paying over $11 for a single package of 6 cubes. Walmart did refund me but now they're out of stock.

Incorrect Product Description

I have used Knorr Vegetable bullion cubes for many years.  It was a delicious base for recipes and even great with noodles added for a vegetarian version of noodle soup.  Unfortunately the ingredients changed and in my opinion, it's awful.  First, it just tastes bad. Second, it  doesn't dissolve properly when added to boiling water and leaves a disgusting greasy residue in the pan (see picture.. who would want to eat that?!?).  I'm so sad and disappointed by this change.  I generally love Knorr products but this is a huge miss.

I have used this bouillon for years. It was my go to for so many recipes. But then the recipe changed and I have no desire to buy it anymore. It was gross. Looks like other people agree because after the recipe changed my local Winco stopped stocking it. Bring back the old recipe!

Why Did the Recipe Change?

I used the old version for years, in almost all of my vegetarian dishes.  Now, the flavor is bland and not pleasing, there is a weird residue that is hard to wash off my pans, and it does not even dissolve correctly or completely.  So sad.  Please let me know if you come to your senses and change it back!
