I was able to ride comfortably at 160lbs and 5'8". I dont think there is an age limit, but I wouldnt let a child younger than 10 use it unsupervised. It can get a little crazy and you want to be around in case the child loses control

From what I have read there is a weight limit of 140 lbs. I have seen some adults on youtube riding on it...but you should follow the weight limit for safety.
