I have had this for about a month now and I love how convenient this vacuum is.  It vacuums and mops my lvp floors with ease.   I have a dog and a cat and that has not slowed this thing down at all. I just hit the button on my phone and off it goes mapping the floor, mopping and vacuuming.  It does a very nice job getting every part of the floor. Great vac for pet hair!

I’ve been meaning to get a vacuum robot and did quite some research before I finally commit to this specific model. It is a hefty price to pay for a vacuum robot, but it’s also very worthy for what I am getting. Being one of the newer model in the lineup, it comes with an app that lets you map your house layouts, control cleaning schedules and link up to Alexa for easy access. As a woman, the one major issue I struggle with on a daily basis is hair getting everywhere. The hand-held vacuum cleaner gets stuck way too often with my long hair and I had to clean that quite frequently. During the three weeks of me switching to this vacuum robot, I haven’t once needed to clean tangled hair out, and that my friend, is a win. I also enjoy it’s mopping functionality for using on wooden floors. Overall, I think it’s a good investment that will last a long time and improve the quality of life. What a life saver

So many pluses.
This was our first robot vacuum.  The mapping feature is great, we have power recliners and I am able to mark where the cords are as a “no go” zone so I do not have to worry about the vacuum getting tangled.  Same with the windows that have long curtains.  Our son leaves his toys in the morning room so that is also a “no go” area.  It is quiet enough that my wife is able to be on the phone with it running.  We can watch TV, and our vacuum hating dog does not chase it.  Be able to select a specific room to clean is also nice. Time saver

This thing is amazing. Its a great gift to someone thats its at house every day taking care of children because of COVID-19. Just need to charge, create a mapping of your house, and let Deebot do it for you. The manual its not very specific, but I search for tips on the internet to maximize the use of this thing. Also, you should download the app, its help a lot. For the mapping process, move everything from the floor and let Deboot move around the house. Do not worry if its moving in circles, zig zag, or whatever movement is doing. Its part of the mapping process. Areas that you dont want that Deboot cleanse just close the door, block with a box or something like that. For the mapping its important that the robot start in the charging base, and end on the charging base by its self.  The better feature that Deboot has in comparison with a Roomba, its that can vacuum and mop, at the same time.

Amazing vacuum

Received it just about two week ago. This is my first robotic vacuum, it was well packaged with no damages during shipping.  It had an app that allows you to change the suction control, pause, start and so on. It quickly mapped the space and then vacuumed and mopped .The wet mop feature is really nice. I am happy on the way it mops my floors leaves them incredibly clean. My appartment is around 1000 sq feet , it takes around 30mins to vacuumed. It fit easily under all my furniture, easily adapted to an area that was blocked. I highly recommend this product.

Works well and picks up a lot

I bought this one month ago to replace my Roomba 600 series; the roomba was randomly cleaning my apartment and leaving so many areas; so I decided to go for a good upgrade and after a long research I decide to get Ozmo 920, it has great features especially with the laser navigation system; I have created so many virtual walls; ask it to clean specific areas and most importantly it’s so quiet compared to my old Roomba

Great upgrade from my Roomba 600

Have never had a newer smart vacuum, this one does the job. The actual functionality of the vacuum is impressive, and it works very well for our space.

I deducted a star because i had to cover the fall protection sensors with tape because i was getting an error code on a dark colored rug. I have a single story apartment so i don't need to worry about it falling off any steps but this could be a deal breaker if someone had a more complex space and dark colored rug on a light colored floor. The auto room detection also keeps identifying new rooms even after i have defined all of them which is also annoying. It would also be nice to identify a direction for the robot to tack back and fourth, once it picks a direction it is not clear how to change this. 

These are minor gripes and the only critiques i have to give. Hopefully some firmware updates come that can help with this as these are all software related. The hardware has been great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Works well for apartment with hard floor

The physical specs of the machine by itself is really good. Great suction, sleek design!

Hardware perspective:

1) Great design, sleek looking and low clearance.

2) Powerful suction and feels like the house has been vacuumed.

3) The roller compared to the previous models has a major improvement, and prevents hair from getting intertwined and stuck.

4) Please include a plastic hard plate for the bot to sit on while charging with a wet mopping attachment. Having to physically remove the mopping cloth makes the experience semi-automatic. 

5) Max water levels while mopping still does not dispense enough water to wet the whole area of the mopping cloth. Only the edges really get wet, the center does not get wet enough and not fast enough. 

The software needs a lot of work:

1) It's unable to assess time back to the charging station in the middle of cleaning, due to which on multiple occasions it would die on the way back home. 

2) When mopping it just cannot navigate around a circular carpet! It will keep nudging the carpet the same side it first comes in contact with. MAJOR BUG!

3) While returning to charge after mopping a room, if it encounters a carpeted area, it does not know how to return back to the charging dock.

4) The app has impressively improved compared to last year, where it would simply crash for no rhyme or reason. Its not completely bug free though. While creating a room which has already been split, the app will crash. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great hardware poor software

The vacuum performance has been very good over first few weeks. Additional mopping feature is great for hardwood floors. 
Ultimately the floor mapping implementation has led to too much frustration to be worth this price point. The software and support plate page indicate “multiple floors“ are supported. In my experience and after talking to tech-support, multiple means only two floor maps can be saved. I have a three stories to clean. Whenever I run the Deebot on a next floor it is confused and cannot save the map. Cleaning is inefficient.

Nice concept & vacuum performance. Two floors max!
