*I want to add that I almost gave this marker a 4 star review due to their being a problem with the FlexValve brand new out of the box. Apparently there was a manufacturing problem that affected a certain number of these markers in a specific range of serial #s. Tippmann support was very friendly and had me ship them the failed part assembly (which would cause a random full on leak), which they immediately sent back ASAP completely repaired. The marker worked perfectly on reinstallation saving me right before our son's paintball birthday party. This kind of excellent customer service will keep me a Tippmann customer for life.
Update #1: Instructed by seller to return the marker to the manufacturer for repairs - no indication that a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. This means I am paying extra out of my pocket to fix this marker that was defective out of the box.
Update #2: The manufacturer is providing a pre-paid shipping label and will perform repairs covered under warranty at no cost. My recommendation for the future? Cut out the middle man and buy directly from Tippmann or find a physical storefront selling markers for your purchase - don't risk the headache or waste of time.
Summary: If you are considering the X7p, stop considering it and buy it - there is no way you will be anything but satisfied with the marker if it has the feature set that interests you.
The barrel of this gun it's nice. You may want to buy a larger and better one, but overall the one that includes the package do the job in a great way.
The cyclone feeder it's simply awesome, no gas leaks, the toggle to change modes is smooth, if you do not have a grip you can use the mag, good range to shoot...
I definitely recommend this marker to anyone who wants a quality, accurate and durable marker... ask anyone who owns a Phenom (or a Tippmann).
