I absolutely LOVE how LIGHT and COMPACT this is! And the collapsible handles! They lock securely into place but also an easy press releases them to fold down. Absolutely no struggle. I can easily, quickly get this chair out of the back of the jeep and set up, or the reverse, in no time, which is SO valuable to me in winter weather when that wind whips right through me, brrrr.
As chair size goes, I'd think it could fit in most any vehicle--any trunk or hatch anyway, and probably some back seats. Just my unfounded guess.
As human size goes, it's a slight squeeze for my female size 2X/3X hips to get past the arms, but not difficult or uncomfortable, and once past, the seat and back are comfortable. I'm not the user, however. Hubby's 5'8", 160 lb body has zero problems fitting and he says it's quite comfortable. Also, I'm 5'7" and the handle height is perfectly comfortable for me to push.
He finds the padded arms to be comfy. The footrests are adjustable in length, and easy to put on, lock into place, or swing out of the way. They don't lock out of the way, to the sides, however, and they fall off easily when loading the chair into the vehicle, but it's no problem in my opinion, because it's so easy to put them back on next time I unload it.
Oh! Let's not forget the selling point that is the hand brakes! Once I learned of such a thing, I zoned in on only chairs with this fantastic feature. I do have to bend over to put the footrests on, but at least I don't have to bend every time brakes are called for. (Ok, bending isn't necessarily a big deal but it's certainly a bonus to not have to.) At first it seemed like the hand brakes didn't work; I thought I might break them if I push down too hard. But I discovered it's ok and necessary to push down firmly. It became no big deal after doing it once.
Ok, I think I covered everything I can think of. I have zero regrets; I'm only thankful this chair, that makes my life easier (quick set-up in cold weather) and saves me substantial money by not paying for transportation, came into my life.
The only negative is that my husband is taller than average. When his feet are on the footrests, his knees are too high. When his feet are on the floor, it fits well, but you cannot roll a person it their feet are dragging.
The chair is relatively light at 23.4 pounds with the footrests installed, and I like the larger wheels which handle terrain well. Although only 8” in diameter the front wheels are large enough to roll over smaller bumps like flooring perimeter strips without having to reverse direction. The 12” rear wheels are also a nice feature and roll smoothly. For a smaller occupant at least, the seat is roomy and comfortable with no additional cushioning needed. The chair folds easily to a narrower size and the top half of the backrest also folds to help reduce the storage space. Opening the chair and raising and locking the back into position also takes just seconds. The handbrakes are good. They required no adjustment out of the box and both braking and locking in position was fine. There is no information provided on their adjustment, but they seem to be pretty standard bicycle type brakes and presumably can be adjusted if needed with the locknut.
The only problem with the chair I received is that the left foot rest does not lock into position properly without pressing the tab to force it closed. The other one works fine. The chairs fulcrum point seems to be over the rear axle and the chair can be tilted backwards very easily. That helps when needed at curbs and such but it could be a problem and requires ones attention. Some more expensive chairs include rear bars to limit backwards rotation but I already find the small footpads at the back of this chair a minor problem since the length of the back arms is too short for me and I tend to keep inadvertently kicking the footpads. Accidental back rotation shouldn’t be a problem as long as one is careful. I don’t think the seatbelt is likely to help and it can tend to get in the way, but fortunately it is attached with a single screw at each end so it could be easily removed without any damage to the belt or the chair.
The length of the footrests can be adjusted to 5 positions and they swing out of the way easily for access to the chair. They also are easy to put on and take off, but they only lock in the forward position. Since they are normally swung open before the chair is folded for loading into the car, they invariably just fall off. A mechanism to hold them in place while swung open would be helpful. They can be swung back to lock before loading, although that does take up more space. Overall, this transport chair meets our requirements very well and I am glad I bought it.

For the manufacturer, only beefier/stronger caster material would help. As designed, the casters are the weakest part of the chair.
While this wheelchair is listed as an "Expedition" model, it would be best suited to flat, level ground and short distances. The brake is operator-initiated and cannot be locked; do not leave occupants unassisted -- I was OK with this. Folded as advertised; held it closed with a strap I provided. The foot supports are not designed to fold and still remain attached to the chair; they are quite light, quickly and easily removable, and went in a carry-on for the flight. Very light weight chair, easy to maneuver on smooth surfaces.
