This cup is “The” coffee cup to go for me. It does what every insulated to-go mug does but this one has a screw on locking sealed lid. For me, if I pay $30+ for a coffee cup, it better not leak if tipped over. For that matter, it better not leak if I toss it in my back pack! I have found most of the designs by Yeti incredibly underwhelming, but this one right here is amazing. The lid screws tight for an incredible seal. It also is quick and easy to release for a hot sip of coffee and when it comes time to clean after having a latte in it, no worries. The cap screws apart quickly and easily for an easy cleaning experience. I’m sad that it took me so long to find this and also that yeti doesn’t put more thought into the rest of their designs. I have several yeti tumblers but this is the only one I ever use. It’s a delight to drink out of, stays hot as you would expect, and washes easy. I’ve had mine for over a year so I felt it was worth righting a positive review about it.

I read some reviews that indicated this bottle leaked. I haven't had any problem with this bottle leaking. It's doesn't leak. I'm wondering if people are aware of how the Hot Shot lid works? I love the Hot Shot lid. I can pick the bottle up from any side and drink from it. And, it stays hot forever(hours). I am one that loves my coffee hot. I am always putting my cup (ceramic) back in the microwave to re-heat my coffee. I use my Yeti to drink my coffee now. I can put 2 cups in it, to drink on it all morning, and it stays hot! Apparently, Yeti retired the Alpine Yellow color. I had to purchase it from a 3rd party vendor. It cost a little more than Yeti's regular price. That's ok. I had to have the Alpine Yellow color. It almost matches the paint I chose to paint my house, to a tee. Apparently, I'm obsessed with this color now.

Love the 18 oz Rambler, it fits nicely in my hand. The Hot Shot Cap is amazing. I may never use another coffee cup again. It lets the right amount of coffee out without buring your lips. Amazing desing/engineering in this cap. It takes a day to get use to the lid but I LOVE it!

After a month....the longer I have the Ramble with the Hot Shot Cap, the move I love it! It fits my cup holder perfectly, you can drink out of any side, keeps my coffee nice and hot for a long time. I also have a Rambler with the Chug lid for water.

I am an engineering student, so I love my coffee. This thing single-handedly saves me money every single day. Why spend 6 dollars on an oat milk latte when u can get it in this cup!
PROS: The drinks stay hot or cold well throughout the day. I make my coffee at 6 am with my regular morning cup and it still stays warm until I drink it! I was especially surprised with my iced coffees. I would add the ice cubes in the morning and the ice cubes haven't melted into my coffee even after 6 hrs. I also like that this is virtually spill-proof. I can throw it in my bag or my tote bag with ease knowing it won't dribble and leak everywhere which other coffee tumblers often do. Washing it is pretty easy once you figure out you can un-screw the two lids from each other and give it a deep clean. It isn't too obvious that you need to but you should so that you avoid that awful old coffee smell in the lid.
It doesn't dent easily. I dropped this thing once and it made the most awful noise but was unscathed. I honestly was more worried for the floor than this overpowered tumbler.
CONS: Oh my god, this thing is so heavy. It does add a lot of weight to your backpack/purse/bag when carrying it around. I wish it was easier to grip when walking around with this cup.
The pros clearly outweigh the cons. I used always shy away from Yeti because of the price. However, if you are a serial coffee or tea drinker, I seriously think this purchase is well worth it. I use this product every single day since I first bought it. Buy this product!!
