About this ebook

Ballerina by day.

Selling my virtue by night.

Left penniless by my bully of a mother, with my little sister to take care of, I have no choice but to sell the privilege of being my first to the highest bidder.

That’s where Lucas Fordham comes in.

Gorgeous, athletic, and dripping with more money than he knows what to do with.

He spots me from across the room at a dark club.

And he offers me an ungodly price for the privilege of being my first.

The only catch is that he isn’t paying for himself…

No, he’s demanding an act of sexual espionage.

He wants me to extract information from a business rival.

But the way Lucas looks at me… the way his touch burns my bare skin…

I feel naked and ready to combust every time our gazes meet.

Breathless, I agree to play his games.

But I know all too well the price of this infatuation.

And the toll that it could take if I were to fall into Lucas’s arms.

This story takes place in the Broken Slipper world; it is Lucas and Manon's hot hate to love romance. While reading The Patron is not necessary to enjoy this story, it is recommended for a more pleasurable experience.

🩰❣Hot quick read in the world of The Broken Slipper trilogy!❣🩰 While POSSESSIVE can be read as a hot and quick stand-a-lone, I’ve read and loved The Broken Slipper Trilogy and truly anticipated Lucas and Manon’s story. I’d not liked her character at all, and one thing I love most in the reading world is to see someone redeemed. Author Vivian Wood has given her readers that story, and it wasn’t at all what I’d expected!!! Now that I know her background, it was easy to see why she was the nasty piece of work that she was in the cutthroat world of the New York Ballet. Now I felt like I understood her a lot more, and began to admire her love for her younger sister and desire to shield her from their dire financial situation. I’d liked Lucas, who we’d already met as well, and he’d often been the voice of reason in Kaia and Calum’s trilogy. Although he didn’t come off as overly admirable at first in this book, the man was still extremely gorgeous and he very quickly showed his possessive side, making this book everything that was the perfect hot novella for those who love to squeeze some spicy reading into their day. Yeah, there were a couple of plot holes, but given that this is a fast moving novella, it is all par for the course. I still thoroughly enjoyed it, and there is no way that I’d have missed out on reading it, and I don’t think anyone else should be either! 4 Stars ❣🩰

Book Details Whoa! You grew to hate Manon in the Patron, but Possessive shows Manon in a whole new light. Lucas has always loved the ballet, and ballerinas, but Manon is more than just a one night conquest for him. Manon is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure her sister has the life she wants, even if it means belonging to Lucas. Lucas wants her more than she should and keeps telling himself its all a business transaction and she is in his life to to take down his rival. The more time he spends with her the more possessive he becomes, and Manon find herself liking this side of Lucas. Their story is definitely filled with twists, intrigue, danger and so much passion...I loved this!!!!

Loved this crossover the author did with the Heaven & Hell World and her Broken Slipper World. This was fire! It's fast and not too long, which I loved. But it was developed well and I was sucked into the club and Manon and Lucas from the beginning. There is some danger and suspense and loved seeing the growth that Manon goes through.
