Update: Absolutely amazing amazing customer service. Although the first ice bath tore on one leg on the first go, it did not compromise the function of the ice bath, and the ice bath still worked. I did not reach out to the company, the Customer service people reached out to me immediately after the review was posted and apologized for the inconvenience, and sent me a whole new ice bath which came extremely quickly. They responded fast to questions and comments. So with all that being said, definitely changing this to five stars. Product is great, just the slight tear first time, but service and replacement were great, no problems since, and use it all the time after working out

I gently claimed inside and one of the legs already ripped through the fabric. First off the reviews are super critical! It is great! My 7 year old set it up by himself. I got it for me and my husband but my 7 yr old is consistently taking an ice bath everyday and loving it! The rush you get after an ice bath is amazing! So good for my mental health and aches and pains.
