Extremely user friendly and the learning curve is really sharp. great video and photo clarity. drones are very robust and can within reason take a fall. customer service is excellent and there for you, not a number but a human. 100% recommend this product please note the video is only 480 due to upload requirements, HD versions can be seen at Vimeo.com/20eight2
