Trust me when I say I have tried so many brand of ghees in the past that I can clearly see the difference in taste and quality when I tried this one. Its so smooth and creamy and smells good too!! If you're looking for a butter substitute then go for it, it tastes amazing! I highly recommend this product.

I am very happy with this Ghee. Had purchased another brand that tasted terrible and upon looking at the label realized from the fat content alone of only 5gms per serving that it was not real Ghee. Ghee has as much or more fat in it per serving than real butter. This stuff is very tasty and real Ghee. I am very pleased with it and will purchase again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great tasting and quality Ghee.

I started out putting it in the fridge. Big mistake. Couldn't chip off enough to measure and I was getting it all over the counter. Read up online and found that other people were keeping it on the counter. As long as I use it soon enough to not worry about it spoiling being left out, this is working out perfectly for me. The taste, left out, is still great and the texture easy to measure for recipes. Flavor great and delivery time means I can get it quickly when I run low and want to know I've got a backup. All in all, really pleased with this.

Love the product, but hate the plastic jars. They all used to be in glass jars, which is much healthier and can be reused safely. I guess it was a lot cheaper to ship than the glass canning jars, but I'd gladly pay for the extra cost difference in shipping if that were an option to purchase the ghee in glass, not plastic. Please bring back the glass option in your butter choice. Delicious, if you aren't worried about the plastic leaching into your food. It would be 5 stars again then. Updated 2/28/22: I guess glass jars are gone for good now. I'm giving 5 stars again simply because they've done an excellent job at keeping this ghee affordable, and hope they prosper. Updated again on 3/14/22: Surprise! Back on Subscribe and Save with 9 oz. GLASS jar now! Updated 7/26/22: Quality control is horrible for the 9 oz. glass jars now. Last 3 jars I've received have been half full. No, not used, just not fully filled with the ghee when I've ordered it in the 9 oz. glass filled jars again which doubles the price now. I can't afford to keep subsidizing small businesses when I don't receive full jars, especially when they are small jars to begin with at exorbitant prices.
No, I didn't bother to return it, it was delicious, just shorted of actual 9 oz. which is what I paid for, not 6 oz. Very disappointed in Subscribe & Save now. Months go by without being able to purchase food items that were available for years, now out-of-stock messages are all I get, month after month. Be warned.

Better protection during shipping would have prevented that. The broken glass sliced a package of another food item in my order, rendering it unusable too. An expensive order ruined. I will order it again because I love the product, but I hope shippers do a better job this time.
