There were no instructions, but I'd rate this as fairly straight-ahead having assembled a number of Raspberry Pi cases.
I ended up not using the included black fasteners and standoffs because I had a clearance issue with hardware I chose to mount my M.2 drive with.
Attached are pictures showing all angles of the case on my Orange Pi5.
The last picture is showing the side-by-side of the M.2 drive and the included standoff. Looks like it would have worked if I had a tad bit shorter screw and a flatter nut.

Running Aida64tv, I hover around 40c on start, and the fan is whisper quiet. Also, the fan doesn't push much air, so it should be quiet.
Temperature during streaming climbs to roughly 50c.
I have used other cases on my 5+, and they run a smidge cooler, but the fans are much noisier.
This case, compared to others I use, has the best balance between noise and temperature for streaming. The fan will not interfere with viewing.
The underside is completely flat, relying on 2mm pads to conduct the heat, which really deteriorates the heat dissipation features.
No thought went into it, in provisioning access to on-board features: to access the MaskRom button (to flash an OS on the device), you need to remove the cooler.
fan screws are way to long, causing them to stick out of the flat bottom, risking electrical shorts on the board.
TL;DR: impractical and insufficient performance.
Will be returning.
