TLDR: Avoid specifically the T1 Faker, it has issues the original had patched. Samsung will NOT patch this monitor's firmware.
And NO, you can NOT flash the original's firmware onto the T1 Faker monitor. You used to be able to do this with a file rename and it be fine with the 1005.6 firmware, but Samsung have went out of their way to make sure you cannot do that anymore with newer firmware. Something they have done with the file literally prevents the T1 Faker from even seeing it on the drive.
