Mason!! Ahhh! I eagerly awaited his book and knew it would be great, but Chase has outdone herself with this one! And the icing on the cake? Scarlett is decidedly NOT the girl I would have pictured for Mason but the perfect girl for Mason and just the right girl to shock his meddling, snobby mother and put her in her place, and it’s an epically beautiful thing!

It’s the traditional “wrong side of the tracks” love story. Scarlett Jones is a tomboy, and the only girl in a family of four men, who loves motorcycles and working on engines. Her family didn’t have a lot, but they always had love. Mason Bishop has had every convenience affluence affords, but he learned early on that love was earned through accomplishments, appearances and status. Yet his granddad, Pops, saw something more in Mason and left the Mystic Magnolia, an old dive bar on the north end of town, to him for a specific reason. Now it’s up to Mason to figure out what Pops was thinking.

Mason and Scarlett are my favorite couple in this series so far. I adore these two together, and their chemistry arcs and sparks and leaps from the page. And it’s not the steamy chemistry as much as it’s the playful banter, Scarlett's fiery comments and Mason’s adorable, intentionally awful lines. These two are so fantastic together, and their story had me grinning and laughing out loud while still tugging at the heartstrings.

If I thought this series was missing anything, it was the undeniably strong sense of community that makes the reader desperate to live there, but in this case Chase built this town exactly right. Yes, I was already in love with the place, but Mason channeling Pops and investing himself in Magnolia Sound makes this place and his story so much more special. I really don’t see how Chase can improve on what she’s already given us but, at the same time, I have no doubt that upcoming books will be even better.

If you’re looking for your next beach read, this is it. You’ll easily fall for Mason (he's such an awesome guy with a great heart) and Scarlett will be your new heroine (just wait until she confronts Mason’s mother!). Plan your escape to Magnolia Sound today and grab your copy of this delightful, heartfelt, phenomenal read!

I just finished this adorable story and my body is still tingling with all the warm and fuzzy feeling this book left. Small town romances are my favorite thing in the world, especially the close-knit community, the history the residents share and how secret affairs aren’t exactly a secret.

Scarlett Jones’ typical appearance is of a girl covered in dirt and grime, working in a garage fixing motorcycles, or deeply engrossed in the other projects, sometimes to the extent of forgetting the rest of the world. She is extremely insecure and believed that no decent guy would ever date her. Add independent to the equation and you get a strong and resilient protagonist, who doesn’t need a man to complete her. But she craves for one nonetheless.

Mason Bishop is tired of being the perfect son. He desires a life that is different from what is expected of him and is finally doing the best he can to live the kind of life he wants to live. He is charming and a total keeper.

As they face their own insecurities and challenges that generally arise from an affair between the rich and the ordinary, their love story is definitely a show-stealer. I loved the chemistry between them, their banters and the cheesy pickup lines that Bishop seems to have an abundance of. Scarlett’s life is extremely different from other girls and it was quite refreshing to hear her perspective of things.

‘In Case You Didn’t Know’ is a full-filled romance, that will make you laugh and make you cry, eventually making you fall a little bit more for Scarlett and Mason and wishing them nothing but good luck and a happily ever after.

I jumped into this book without reading the previous ones but that's fine it works well as standalone. I've always liked small town romances and I liked the feel of this cover so I gave it a go. This maybe a minority review since many seemed to love it more. Scarlet has a chip on her shoulder about the privileged, she had preconceived notions about Mason Bishop exactly. That is until talking to him for real and finding they have good conversations. The connection seems instantaneous for them and they banter turned into chemistry. For Mason meeting a girl like Scarlett is different she's smart and funny fun to talk to too and that she's pretty helps too.

Scarlet doesn't think anything will go further than their hookup cause she's from the wrong side of the tracks and Mason's family is a important part of the town their in. I admit her intense dislike of people better off can be be judgmental , so much ptejudice against the Bishop's, even if her insecurities are well founded. Plus her jumping to conclusions all the time and believing what she wants without giving Mason chances to explain got annoying. She was over emotional and hot headed without listening to reason at least she's self aware of that. She drove Mason away on her own.

Mason's a good guy he was lost for a while when he was pressured to his family's expectations but when he found himself he was golden. I felt awful for him what Scarlet said that's not something you can just push behind. The whole resolution to them being ok again was too convenient I think. No real apology, explanation or discussion on what happened before.
Just chalked up to good and bad sides of a person and moved on.

These two need to stick together and work on communication if they ever want to work. Mason's a sweet and dependable guy in all this. He went he let Scarlet have it easy, well he truly did love her and all that so it all slide by. So many chances of it happening again when she doesn't think before speaking. Anyway before all that it was pretty enjoyable I was just irked by that last bit. All in all a a ok read even if I struggled.

5 Star Review of In Case You Didn’t Know (Magnolia Sound #3) by Samantha Chase

I was intrigued by Mason Bishop from the first time he appeared in the series. I knew that the woman who would capture his heart would have to be unique and someone special; that is certainly Scarlett Jones. Although this can be read as a stand alone, I recommend that you also one click the other books in the series as they are just as enjoyable.

Mason has finally flown the coop and gotten his own place after living way to long with his parents who stifled him.

Scarlett is shocked when at a concert Mason notices her and asks her on a date, after all he is the rich man around town and she is just a poor girl from the wrong side of the tracks; she is even more shocked when she agrees.

Scarlett has a chip on her shoulder and the walls she has built around her to protect her heart will make it hard for Mason to get through, however if any one can do it Mason can.

I loved how Mason’s attention brings out Scarlett’s inner strength, determination and how she blossoms and his attention. I also loved how all in Scarlett was in her support of Mason and her family.

Mason and Scarlett appear to be total opposites and yet they really do belong together. Can Mason and Scarlett make their relationship work, or is it destined to be destroyed by the interference of Mason’s mother?

In Case You Didn’t Know is a romantic, hot, love story that was heartwarming. I was so happy that they were able to navigate through all the issues they both had and get their happily ever after.

In Case You Didn’t Know by Samantha Chase takes us on another visit to the small coastal town of Magnolia Sound. This is the best book in the series so far and the main characters, Mason and Scarlett, are totally delightful. When we first meet them, it feels like they are totally mismatched. Mason comes from a wealthy family and he is well-dressed and self-confident. Scarlett comes from a poor background and she self-conscientious and a tomboy. They find themselves instantly attracted to each other, however, and the real winners here are the readers who get to enjoy their witty banter. I especially enjoyed Mason’s corny attempts at cliché pick-up lines. I laughed out loud on more than one occasion. Such a fun book! I can’t wait for the next visit to Magnolia Sound to see how they are doing!
I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader Copy of this book and the views expressed are my honest opinions.

It’s Mason’s turn. He’s watched his cousins find their happily ever after and now it is his turn. It is his turn to look into his heart and find what he needs to make himself happy. He’s followed the path that his parents have set for him all his life and is FINALLY! standing up for himself and making his own choices.

Samantha Chase has taken a geeky, awkward character and made him into someone that fits in, knows his own worth, and is willing to take risks to make those who are important to him happy. He makes so many changes in his life, all while staying true to himself, to figure out what is important. He has been stereo cast as a snobby, spoiled boy who’s parents dote on him but what people don’t know is that he doesn’t want them to dote on him. He wants them to let him go and find his own way in life.

Scarlett is the person who opens his heart but she struggles to see past his upbringing. I loved how their relationship was easy, it wasn’t horribly hard either. They worked it all out, struggled to find their way together, and figured out what was important to them as individuals and as a couple.

In Case You Didn’t Know is a great addition to the Magnolia Sound series. This is book #3. The first two books do not have to be read to enjoy this one but I found it nice that I was familiar with the other characters.

Mason was raised in a wealthy lifestyle but along with that came expectations. His parents had a plan for him with little regard for his own dreams so when he inherits a bar, The Mystic Magnolia, from his grandfather it is a change to prove himself away from his family.

Scarlett may not have been raised in wealth, but she always knew she was loved. As the only girl she was more at home with engines than frilly dresses.

When fate brings them together Mason is all in and now he just needs to convince her that he is not the entitled playboy that she thinks he is. These two couldn’t be more different or more perfect for each other. This is a heartwarming story about love, family and following your dreams.

Fiction based in truth with the heart to back it up is the Samantha Chase way. Mason and Scarlett do a great impression of living, but has either one ever truly felt alive? Mason keeps his emotions close to the vest. Scarlett exposes her's for all to see. She may dress like a bad girl, but at heart she's yearning for something more. In Case You Didn't Know is a tale of prejudgments and true love. It's been said that image is everything. In reality it's the masquerade that can lead to the downfall. Chase tackles many important themes about self - worth, being true to the heart and not allowing others to decide what happiness looks like through your eyes. Wise words that have the power to make one laugh with tears in their eyes and hope in their hearts.

I'm Case You Didn't Know is the third book in the Magnolia Sound series.

Mason and Scarlett meet by chance at a concert and quickly reconnect. He is captivated by the sassy girl he knew from high school but Scarlett is reluctant to get involved with the spoiled rich boy she thought she knew as a teenager.

I loved both Mason and Scarlett. They were such a perfect match. Both had a lot of preconceptions to work through and I loved how they grew into such a great couple. This is a fantastic series. I can't wait for more!!

If you follow this series then you’ve met Mason Bishop already, superficially and in the background. Now we get to the real Mason. And he turns out to be a heck of a guy. All it took was for him to break the family bonds and move forward in his own path.

Mason and Scarlett aren’t strangers. They’ve known each other since lower school, but they come from very different worlds. They’re on opposite sides of the tracks, as they say. Mason doesn’t care. He’s going after his HEA, full force ahead!

Excellent heartwarming story with all the things you’d expect from a small-town romance … everyone knowing everything and having an opinion about it LOL From the aloof well to do to the gossipy not so well to do, they are all entertaining. This is a story of breaking barriers and perceptions. Getting past the outer judgement of someone and looking inside them for their truth. It’s a story two people that on paper are unlikely to succeed but inside their hearts, they are perfectly suited for one another. They bring the best of each other to the surface. Well done!

This passage sums up this whole book:

She groaned and wanted to be mad at him for making fun of her, but she couldn't. Pulling back slightly, she looked up at him. "What is wrong with you?"
Brows furrowed, he asked, "What do you mean?"
"I mean I am a horrible person and yet... you just keep putting up with me! Why?"

I asked myself that question multiple times throughout the book. For some reason Mason insisted on seeing her as some sort of saint all because she had 2 jobs and volunteered at the animal shelter and he felt like he didn't do anything outside of his council city planning job. In my view, Scarlett showed her ugly prejudice time and time again with very little to recommend her. She was bitter, held an undeserved comtempt for everything Mason was and held onto a really annoying inferiority complex. I didn't see what he saw in her and I have no idea why their relationship worked other than because the author willed it to work for the story.

The unplanned pregnancy, marriage proposal, and house building in the 2 month time span of sleeping together (nearly a month of which was spent not taking at all) was just doing the most. I LOVE happy endings, but not the complete BS ones for the couples who supposedly are in love with each other after their brief romance. They “knew” each other their whole lives…absurd. An awareness of someone’s existence doesn’t constitute knowing them. I wish this book had been more realistic (aside from the fact that a condom breaking can lead to an unplanned pregnancy). A rushed relationship is the common theme with this author. I don’t think I really much care anymore how anyone else in Magnolia fares since it’ll likely be the formation of more “forever “ couples after 2 months of sleeping together and maybe a month of actual dating.

I SHOULD have known!!!
I have been a fan Samantha Chase’s latest Magnolia Sound series from the very beginning. Each of the pairings in the series have been spot on, and I have loved them all. Now, we get to Mason. From the very first book I was not impressed with him as he was introduced. I had thought he had let his parents, especially his mother, walk all over him. I could not at this time, see him as the “hero” material in any book. Buuut, as I first stated at the beginning of this review: I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!!! HOW WRONG I WAS!!! From the very first word in this book, I fell a little more in love with Mason. He and Scarlett…utter perfection!! Each damaged enough with insecurities, to heal the other. I could not put the book down, I just kept reading. Ms. Chase just drew me in and showed me the actual character that Mason had.
My absolute favorite character in this series is Zeke, the patriarch great-grandfather. I fell in love with him in the intro novella Sunkissed Days. I had never met any of my grandfathers, but, my wish would have been to have one like Zeke!! He was in my opinion a great man. That being said as I read this book, I began to realize just how much like his great-grandfather that Mason actually was. Sorry, Ladies, you will have to read not only this book but Sunkissed Days to figure out what I am talking about. I refuse to give anything away. I will say though, I built up to a new respect and love (sorry/not sorry Scarlett) for Mason.
I was gifted with an e-copy of this wonderful book, I loved it so much I also bought the audio version of the book. I really can’t wait to listen to it because, in my case anyway, it brings the book so much more to life to me.
Thank you for reading my review. I know you will enjoy this book as much as I have, so what are you waiting for, go hit that purchase button at your favorite retailer.
Thank you, Ms. Chase for sharing your spectacular story telling talents with your readers. I cannot thank you enough for the hours and hours of reading enjoyment you have given to me and others over the years. PLEASE keep up the phenomenal work in the future.

I abso-friggin-lutely LOVED Mason and Scarlett. I was skeptical of Mason when we first met him in Mallory and Sam's story, but got excited about him in Sam and Shelby's story. Sam was able to show us that there was a lot more to Mason than the perfect image Mason's parents had presented to the world. Now that we have Mason's story, I was not disappointed! He is such a great guy - and yeah, he looks perfect on paper because his parents made sure of it, but there's a lot more ambition and heart to him than you would think.
Scarlett was a sassy-pants, talks-faster-than-her-brain-works, take no prisoners heroine. She didn't grow up in a fairy tale and has strong feelings towards those who did. Interestingly enough - it seems that her brothers don't have that view on life - but the baby of the family (and only girl) has clearly shaped her perceptions. She is ultimately unsure of Mason. She wants to like him, wants to love him, but her prejudice against his "perfect life" seems to get in the way. And Mason can handle it - at least at first... but what if every time a challenge arises, Scarlett throws their differences right back in his face?
Samantha Chase nailed this dynamic of right and wrong side of the tracks story. How people grow up certainly influences how they see the world and in this case, those differences are pretty glaring. Can Scarlett see past the pretty picture and learn to really see Mason for who is is and who he wants to be? Can Mason figure out how to handle Scarlett's fiery passion and get past her defenses? And perhaps most important, can these two handle what life throws their way?
This is a fabulous addition to the Magnolia Sound series - the more stories we get, the more I wish this was a place I could go visit!

Five stars just isn't enough. There are a few characters that I absolutely LOVED in my years of reading. Those that have stayed with me beyond the final words of "The End." Two of those are Mason and Scarlet. Mason is so misunderstood by almost most of his family. His cousin is one that gets him and encourages him. His mother is the driving force behind him wanting to run in the opposite direction. She has a plan for him and won't consider he has a mind of his own. While that's parenting for a two year old, it's not so much for a grown man. Mason has to fight for what he wants and is getting tired of doing so. It's better to cut his losses. Scarlet is my hero in a way. She has no filter but that can get her into so much trouble. She has a chip on her shoulder the size of Mt Rushmore. Her childhood was unconventional in that her mother passed away when she was very young. Her father and three brothers didnt treat her any differently than another brother but she was a girl. So she learned to work on engines and get her hands dirty. Her secret hobby is one I've always wanted to do myself. So is she any less a woman? Not at all. Her closet shows it. Lol.
When the two of them get together, Mason has a huge wall to get around with Scarlet. She grew up with not much where as Mason did. Scarlet has some resentment about that. It's not until Mason breaks things down for her that she realizes how full her life was growning up. It doesn't stop some of those feelings to bubble up every now and then, though. That along with her verbal diarrhea can get her into situations where she may not be able to come back from.
I adored Mason. I have read the previous books in this series(not that you need to but why wouldn't you) and have been looking so foward to his story. I knew there was so much more to him than what his mother had forced on him. He doesn't hold the same opinion of status that she does. He really could care less. His love of community is shown through his job as a civil engineer and how he sees his town growing. Mason wants that not for himself but for how it will benefit others. That's how his great grandfather, Pops, saw him.
Thank you Samantha Chase for giving us Mason and Scarlet. Thank you for giving us Pops. And thank you for making me want to move to Magnolia Sound.

Scarlett Jones is a beautiful, smart and talented girl. She grew up in Magnolia Sound without much money, causing her to resent those that did, like Mason Bishop.
Mason is a smart and handsome man who’s family is one of the founding families of Magnolia Sound.
When they run into each other one night, the story just takes off from there. First off
I loved this story and being back in Magnolia Sound!! The storyline was attention grabbing, it had me shocked at a couple of parts, made me cry, made me mad a time or two, and always kept me guessing. Of course it also made me, laugh, made me happy, and gave me butterflies. One of the things I enjoyed and felt made this book different was the fact that Scarlett’s hobbies consisted of working on cars and motorcycles and also riding motorcycles, normally these activities are viewed more of as a manly hobby. When you mix that with her having strong opinions and not being afraid to speak her mind, I found her to be a very fierce and strong heroine. However I do not think that diminished any of Mason’s masculinity. He can still be Alpha when it’s needed and he does it so well!!
We did get a few glimpses of characters we have come to love, but we were also introduced to several new and interesting characters as well. I really can not say enough good things about In Case You Didn’t Know!! I Highly recommend that you read it, you will be happy you did!!

5 Getting a Chance at Love You Never Thought Was Possible Stars!

This is book three in Ms. Chase’s Magnolia Sound series and with each book I fall more and more in love with the town and its residents. This book centers around Mason and Scarlett. Mason’s grandfather has left him Mystic Magnolia, the local bar/pub with no real reasoning that he can figure out. And oh my, Scarlett is a woman that’s discovering what it means to break-out of her shell seeing as she’s always been a tomboy, and given the fact that she has four brothers, this isn’t surprising.

When these two run into each other at a concert it seems like destiny or Pops may have a hand in bringing these two together. This story is really the quintessential opposites attract, wrong side of the tracks story because Mason and Scarlett were both raised so differently. What Ms. Chase has done so wonderfully is show us how two people can change and for the right reasons. I’m not going to lie and not admit my heart broke a little bit for Mason as his family “makes him work for their love and acceptance” whereas Scarlett’s family is all about love and supporting one another!

With each chapter I read, I adored Mason and Scarlett and how their relationship grew and seeing that true love can change someone from the inside out. Watching Scarlett bloom and Mason finding his place in his family and the town was a true journey of joy for me and I cannot wait for the next book in this amazing series!!

Samantha Chase gives us a wonderful romance that will touch your heart and leave you with a smile on your face. Mason and Scarlett’s story shows us how wrong our preconceived notions of others can be so completely opposite of what is true. How we can think the grass is greener on the other side of the fence and feel others have it so good and perfect while shutting ourselves off from truly getting to know a person based on who they are inside and not what the portray to the world.

I will admit, I had an opinion about Mason from the two previous books in this series and Ioved how Samantha proved her point even to me, a reader. To see him put his foot down and take control of his life was inspiring. And, oh my, the cheesy pick-up lines had me laughing my butt off!

I love Scarlett’s sass and tough-girl attitude, and especially loved when she showed her girly-girl side. I didn’t care for her attitude regarding Mason’s family and their privilege to cloud her judgement and allow those feelings to alter her feelings toward Mason and who he truly was and to believe the worst about him. But, then again, that is those preconceived notions she’s grown up believing and held true.

The growth between these characters is refreshing and inspiring, and their romance is beautiful. I fell in love with them and know you will as well. The Magnolia Sound series is a wonderful series full of amazing people and I cannot wait for the next book!

Mason and Scarlett’s story In Case You Didn’t Know, book three in Samantha Chase’s Magnolia Sound series is an emotional and heartwarming tale of forgiveness, acceptance, family and understanding. I came into this story not liking Mason, at least the Mason we were introduced to in previously stories in this series. Not only did I get to know the real Mason, the reasons he was portrayed as he was, but I came to fall in love with him. No, he’s not an alpha-type, but he is a warm, understanding, passionate young man who deeply cares about his town and his family. Well, maybe not quite his mother. Mason had reached his limit with his parents’ expectations, moving out and creating a life for himself. Running into former classmate, Scarlett gave him a fresh start on that life. Scarlett also brought out Mason’s superpower of being the king of cheesy pick-up lines; most of them are hysterical and groan worthy. Scarlett is not just insecure but a reverse social snob; believing she’s not good enough to interact with the social elite, like Mason and his family. Mason does an amazing job proving her wrong and charming the pants off her in order to convince her that he’s the one for her and her for him.

Ms. Chase wrote a wonderful and emotional story that is not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with sexual chemistry, amusing banter, and endearing characters giving Mason and Scarlett the love and strength they needed for a life spent together. I highly recommend In Case You Didn’t Know to other readers and I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

Mason Bishop is finally making moves to live his own life. He's gotten his own place and is no longer along himself to being a puppet to his controlling parents, especially his mother. Whew, is she a piece of work.

He runs into an old school acquaintance at a concert, Scarlett Jones. It takes quite a bit a talking for him to get her to spend some time chatting with him. Scarlett doesn't think she's good enough for Mason, because he comes from 'money'.

The more she got to know him they more Mason showed her the truth to 'the grass isn't always greener on the other side'. Mason was amazingly patient with Scarlett with all her insecurities.

I must also give kudos to Scarlett who went above and beyond with Mason's Mom. If I was in her shoes I don't think I could of done the same thing. I think it showed how much she truly loved Mason.

I loved these two as a couple. Mason found someone who accepted him for himself and didn't try to control him. I think they both found a great support person in Scarlett's Grandpa.

I also think this book was written in a way that it would be a stand alone even though it is Book 3 in the Magnolia Sound Series....but I highly recommend you read this whole series as it's pretty awesome.

I love it. From character to character, scene to scene and cover to cover, this story is one of my favorites from Samantha Chase and of this year. I finished Mason and Scarlett’s story four days ago but I continue to think on it and just smile. It is so good!

Mason has to be one of my favorite characters. In Magnolia Sounds first story we met him and I didn’t like him!! Haha with each book we got to know the true Mason and I absolutely adore his character, quirks and personality. Scarlett is fierce and so relatable and I love her independently, as a daughter, sister, friend, and with Mason. The part of this story that makes it so incredible though is seeing Mason and this less affluent side of town develop and start to evolve. This community and the struggles, love, anger, friendship it shared with us is incredible. Then, as a bonus we have an animal shelter and volunteering with dogs throughout the story ❤️ Pops presence and legacy is felt and I think he would be incredibly proud of all his grandchildren!

Thank you Samantha Chase for the chance to read this story and share my opinion!

Oh how I loved Mason's story! Seriously! Knowing the kind of pressure he had from his parents and the life they both wanted from him (more from his mom), I loved to see Mason Bishop actually stand up to his mom a few times until one particular moment in the story he had once and for all put his foot down with her and I couldn't help but grin and make this face of excitement and shock....

Overall, this was a cute story and to see the next story is about Scarlett's best friend Courtney and one of Scarlett's brothers, Dean, I'm excited for their story and see what's in store for those two particularly after Courtney's little part of the story in this one and hinting her having a possible crush on Dean Jones, aka her best friend's brother ;)

In Case You Didn’t Know was everything I expected and so much more, Book 3 in the Magnolia Sound Series and this is Mason and Scarlett’s story and boy oh boy does this couple have a story to tell.
Mason was someone we met in previous books but it’s only now that we get to know and understand the real man and I can tell you that you will fall in love with this warm understanding passionate man who cares so very deeply for the town he lives in. When his grandfather passed away he was left bar on the wrong side of town that to be honest he had no idea why it was left to him and what he was going to do with it.....
Scarlett is a woman who is smart, sexy and knows just what she wants in life, she is one sassy woman who is the only girl in her family and she really doesn’t like people she see’s as stuck up snobs and Mason falls right into that category........
This is an emotional story that’s full of size chemistry, witty banter and cheesy one liners, it’s about family loyalty and friends and it’s a romance you won’t want to miss. I loved being back in Magnolia Sound and I loved this couple so much, this book has al, the feels you want in a great read and I can’t wait to see who’s story we get next.

In Case You Didn’t Know
Magnolia Sound #3
Samantha Chase
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In CaseYou Didn’t Know was everything I wanted and more. If you’ve read the previous 3 stories in this series, you’ll understand but if not do yourself a favour check them out, The Magnolia Sound series is soooo good. Mason bishop has played a big role in previous stories as part of the original owners of the Sound area, but when his great grandfather passed away he was left a restaurant/ bar he no idea what to with. As part of the family, Mason is also son to the biggest bitch in the Sound, his mother is literally that mother in-law from hell. But she has always held something over Mason and now he’s about to stand up for himself and move out. He’ll make a change and it will be the biggest change to his life since Zeke left this earth.

Scarlett Jones, is all bad ass woman, she’s a smart and sexy and has caught the eye of Mason. Sadly she knows about him, his up themselves family, his look down on the others of Magnolia Sound. Meeting him at a concert was an accident but something clicks for the pair, and a quick drink turns to want from both sides. Spending time together feels perfect but the opposites they are constantly causes alarm bells in Scarlett’s head. Mason isn’t what she thought until a meeting changes everything.

As Mason comes clean about his plans for Mystic Magnolia, he stirs something inside of Scarlett, a warning maybe, or maybe the fact she’s so hotheaded she’s not ready to hear everything he has to say. But sadly she holds her own secret. When it looks like everything in Mason and Scarlett’s world is over, a joint effort in rejuvenating the old, not so pleasant side of town brings them back together. It’s sweet and sad, it’s hot and heavy, and everything comes out… there will be consequences and a new future pathed.

Lastly even in this story, I loved how much Zeke still plays his role from the grave to the new Magnolia Sound residents. He really was an amazing man…

I could not put this book done. Ms. Chase has out done herself with the story of Mason and Scarlett. Mason we have read about, whom I did not really care for but in this book you get the true Mason, and he won my heart over. Mason just moved out on his own, away from his over powering mother when he runs into Scarlett at a local concert. They have known each other from middle school but they grew up on the opposite side of the tracks. Scarlett never though she was good enough for Mason and his well to do family, but soon Mason will win her over. Scarlett has many insecurities that she needs to overcome through out the story.

Mason has become my new book boyfriend, his one liners are so much fun. He has a heart of gold to Scarlett and her family. He appears alpha but his really inner is beta. Scarlett appears tough on the outside but once she learns the true Mason, her heart opens up the softness.

This is the third book in the series but can be read as a stand alone. I'm in love with Magnolia Sound, such emotional heartwarming stories. I can't wait to read more!!

In Case You Didn't Know is the third book in the Magnolia Sound series. This is Mason and Scarlett's story. I think I have found my favorite Magnolia Sound book boyfriend. I loved Mason. Scarlett had to grow on me. She kind of came across as whiny and judgmental at first. I was happy when her best friend finally called her out on her own BS. I also loved watching Mason finally tell off his mother. As for them as a couple, their attraction was fast and steamy, but they really did fit together well. I won't spoil what happened with Mason's part of his inheritance, I'll just say it was perfect. I highly recommend this addition. I can't wait to see whose story is next.

I just knew Mason was going to have me swooning and sure enough he did! ...and he found a feisty and sexy love interest to keep him on his toes. Scarlett Jones is not what he was looking for but she was just what he needed and to think this spitfire with a chip on her shoulder would be it for him who would have figured. Just when you think you have this one figured out, BAM, there is more. Definitely a keeper in this series and the rest of the family shows up and we are introduced to Scarlett's brothers. Hope they show up in more books!

I could not put this one down! I loved Mason & Scarlett's story! 5 magnolia stars for this one!
Mason has been putting up with his mother trying to set him up with the "right" girl, and decides he's had enough and moves into his own place. While out at a concert with his family, trying to put on a happy face, he heads to the concession stand and meets Scarlett. Well they've known of each other having gone to school together and he's immediately taken with her. And can I just say, his pick up lines he feeds her, will have you cracking up!!!
Scarlett has had a rough life, the only girl growing up in a family of men having lost her mom young. Her dad did the best he could, she appears a tomboy, but a girly girl on the inside. When she meets Mason, she's got a bad taste in her mouth due to his family. She thinks he's a stuck up entitled snob, but her friend insists all is not what it seems on the outside.
Follow their story in this great book, another hit in the Magnolia Sound series for Samantha! Grab this one, and if you haven't read the others in the series...what are you waiting for? Enjoy!
