Items arrived within 3 days. Packaging was well done (this was a 2-pack solar panel with mounting). I stupidly tried to jury-rig the 10 cm cables to save some steps and completely shredded them (sigh..). Turns out I didn't need to do that AT ALL. I contacted Wasserstein customer service and they were really responsive and are sending me replacements, no charge! That's excellent customer service.
The solar panels themselves were easily placed and fastened with the enclosed screws. Works just as advertised, even in cold, cloudy weather!. I fully recommend Wasserstein solar panels.

I installed the solar panel and found my Blink camera was low in battery level, I put the original batteries that were low in battery level back in, nothing change. I removed the batteries the next day and thought the solar panel should be full charged by then. Something the energized were so low, it could not detect anything and in two minutes, the camera was down working. I put a pairs of new energizer batteries and thought it could at least boost the energy level and got the new batteries work longer. I put the system sensitive level to 9 and changed the record type from person only to all motions. Guess what? It took only about two weeks for this camera to stop functioning completely because it ran out of juice again. To those who made this product with 5 star review the only question that I have is are we having the same product?

As we live in the Midwest and it is winter we set the unit in the window for a day before we set it up. It stared running right away and we have not had any issues in the week we have been using it. Due to the mounting case we have on our camera we had to drill a hole in the back for the cord and seal it with silicone.
