SHIPPING LEVELS
- Default: this is the equivalent of a postage stamp, and tracking will be VERY limited and unreliable; 2-8 business days in transit
- First Class: full tracking; 2-5 business days in transit
- Priority: full tracking, fast delivery; 1-3 business days in transit
**If you do not upgrade to a higher shipping class, your order will most likely stay marked "pre-transit" until it's delivered to you, as they don't get scanned as reliably as first class and priority items do. **
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Here are our shop policies:

- your item gets lost in transit (only applies if 14 days have passed since order was shipped)
