I've been using the ZMI PowerPack No. 20 for a few weeks now and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. The output power is great and it charges my laptop quickly. The build quality is also impressive and the unit feels sturdy and well-constructed.
One minor drawback is that the display is not very informative and only shows the battery percentage, which can be a bit frustrating. It would be nice to see more information about the charging mode on the screen.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend the ZMI PowerPack No. 20 to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable portable charger.

One of the USB-C ports melted and no longer works
The display is super bright and needs to be covered with tape to not disturb my sleep. It also cracked when I dropped the battery. The hardware itself is otherwise high quality and the two remaining ports work, so I still use this daily.I also bought another large USB powerbank by another manufacturer that hasn't had these issues and also displays the input and output wattage for each port. I wish I would have bought two of those instead.
