⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The story is full of danger, obsession, betrayal, twists and turns, lust and their own brand of love. It hooked me from the beginning.

it's an incredible easy read and fast read. A little too fast read for my taste. It has insta-lust and insta-love. Two things I am not a fan of.
It also feels like I'm in a middle of a story when starting the first book. ALOT of names is tossed around only a couple pages in, and I found it hard to follow and remember everything. I think this book had excellent intentions but was poorly executed.

This is my first book by this author. It was an intriguing story with lots of plot twists and it kept me on my toes. Jo was a young teacher, hiding who she really was from the works, least her past could and would catch up with her and end her for sure. Forore was a convict who became obsessed with his younger teacher. There is a lot of ups and downs, jo's ex caused so many problems for her and still keeps delivering those blows. She can't seem to trust anyone. It was a great read and I can't wait to see what happens next.
