Surprised that these are so comfortable. Getting used to hearing my own voice is the hardest to get used to, but works well to understand what people are saying.

Hearing aids

Quoth the nurse who visits my 99 yo mother monthly:  "It's amazing how much better she hears with those things."   And it IS better. Perhaps more noticeably for me and people talking to her than to my mother herself, but she really can hear and understand better so we're not having to repeat every single freaking word all day long two or three times, and she's not having to constantly ask "What?" or misunderstand what little she could hear before.  No Bluetooth connectivity, so you can't take phone calls or listen to audiobooks or whatever directly through them, but they've genuinely helped.  You can get more features, many quite useful, and the wearer may can hear mo' better with more expensive models, but we've found these Audien Atom Pro 2 and their even less expensive Atom 1 models to be well worth the money.  And at least as of this writing, you have 60 days to try them and can return directly to Walmart with no hassle and without having to go through the manufacturer.

Amazing for the Cost

I puchased the Audien Atom 2 pro and it was delivered within a couple of days. Basically plug and play after a quick charge. These aids are as advertised. Definitely improved my hearing. I had lost anything over 3500 hz in frequency and after 2 weeks of playing with which modes and volumes worked best for different situations,  I can pick ip 5000hz in my left and 6000hz in my right. I went into it knowing that these are a budget priced aid, and they delivered results. Miraculous? no, but greatly improved? YES! I would strongly recommend these. PS, after 30 minutes in my ears, every morning my tinnitus fades to a barely noticeable level. that alone makes these worth more than what they cost.

Big bang for your buck

These were bought for my dad! Once he got the correct fitting and they popped correctly in his ears the feedback stopped and he can hear clearly. In fact, on his first day of wearing them, he wore them longer than the recommendation because he forgot he had them in!

Amazing!!

I usually don't write reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with these hearing aids. I wish I ordered these sooner after struggling with hearing loss for years.

Amazing

These did not help in understanding conversation.  They simply amplified my own voice in my ears as well as made the background noise louder. No matter what settings were selected, I could understand people talking to me better when I removed the devices from my ears.  However, the customer experience, quick delivery, and clear instructions on how to use the product were very good.  Perhaps in my case, a professional solution is required.

Did not work in my case

Could not stop whistling, no one to actually assist, ear buds only 2 sizes did not fit properly. 
Could be great if could get assistance! Great size for inside the ear, and when it didn't whistle, it worked very well. We wanted them to work so badly because they were affordable!.

No real customer service

The hearing aids worked great for one day! Second day, even though they were charged did not work AT ALL! Called customer service and they could only tell me that I must have a defective set.  Returned

Very disappointing

When you read about the different attributes of these hearing aids it comes across sounding fantastic. Many options. Many adjustments.  Customizable, etc. In actuality, the sound quality was terrible. No matter how I adjusted, it squealed. There was always some type of squeal. I don't even have bad hearing loss but I could not adjust this in a way that help me with my hearing and would not squeal. Very disappointing purchase. I was hoping for better quality sound. I do not recommend buying this product.

purchased for my husband but he could not wear them.  they amplified everything and he said they squealed too much he could not hear distinct sounds or voices.
