I am using on my newly planted seedlings. I admit I did not follow instructions. I only used 1 "nugget" for lack of words for each 2 inch seedling when transplanting. When I potted up, you can see the root structure was much larger, meaning thicker in size than the few without it. Also see the webbing on around the roots. This has made a difference in the size of my seedlings. I will follow the complete instructions when I place in the garden in a few weeks.

I am thrilled with the growth of my plants. They have never had such consistent growth and brings out the best in the strain you are growing. I put 5 grams under a layer of soil then the seed and covered it with a thin layer of soil. I also mixed 1/4 cup in with my medium. The product has a decent explanation on the tube but also has pretty clear directions on the product. I recommend this product for Cannabis and vegetables like tomatoes as well as flowers.
