Customers have mixed opinions about the sound quality of the headphones. Some mention that the sound is as good as expected from Klipsch, has a nice hear-through mode, and the warriors design cuts ambient noise and most louder sounds without having to be loud. However, others say that the quality is terrible and it's difficult to tell how loudly you're speaking. The mic seems fine but picks up a lot of bg noise, and Spotify songs do not play at the same volume despite setting the app to that volume.

SOUND: Crystal clear and balanced with punchy but not overbearing bass. Absolutely impressed and exactly what I expected from Klipsch.
FIT: I popped these into my ears right out of the box with the default foam thingies. Fit was perfect and they don't seem to have any desire to slip out. No complaints here.
CONNECTION: To be clear, I've been using these mostly while sitting in a cubicle at work all day with my phone placed on the desk. I have experienced zero drops in connection. However, I will say that the connection dropped once when I was walking around with my phone in my pocket at home. But when I say "drop", I mean the sound cut out for one second and then returned so make of that what you will. But so far, it looks like any connection drops you might experience would be infrequent enough to not matter and probably in-line with the competition.
PAIRING: The Digital Trends review for these says pairing can be tricky... um, you hold the primary buttons on each earbud for three seconds and then select either earbud on your Bluetooth list and you're done. What do you people want??
LOOK & FEEL: Blacked-out earbuds with a slick stainless steel all-black 'Zippo' case. No doubt, these look badass.
BATTERY: The buds got 8 hours of life and the case provides an extra 24 hours. That's about as good as it gets!
CALL QUALITY: I've taken one call in these from my mom. I didn't ask her directly how I sounded but she never complained about being unable to hear me or asked me to repeat myself - so I guess they pass? Honestly, I don't really factor in call quality when buying earbuds as I'm rarely talking on the phone.
Update: it is now 2/18/21. Only response received(last week) was a useless message saying my request has been recieved, any response will be delayed. To be honest, at this point, i've lost interest. I'll never spend another dime on a klipsch product. This customer service is more useless than verizon or att. They may lie but at least they respond occasionally. I wouldn't waste your time on this product. It's an obvious hardware failure due to poor craftsmanship. I may get bored and disassemble the earbud to find their failure point, and try to fix it myself. It would seem i'm not likely to get any support from them, and the earbud has been dead for over a week.
Secondary update 2/18/21: I was going through my CC benefits & found that one benefit actually extends any manufacturer warranty by one year, as long as the manufacturer warranty is 3 years or less. In submitting the paperwork for the registration to try that route, I found the accompanying Klipsch paperwork states 2 years from purchase, putting my claim within the warranty period. I responded to the Klipsch ticket asking what the hold up is, as 3 weeks without proper response is pretty terrible. I'm going to leave it at one star regardless whether they decide to send me a new pair tomorrow. This is all more hassle than it should be. Could get better response times via snail mail way back when.

No he tenido temas de conexión.
Undoubtedly these are the best sounding earphones in the price range of Rs.10k to 15k.
The sound from these buds is Clean n clear and doesn't bring any ear strain, so you can use them fr hours. Though the bass is on heavier side.
However the cons are,
1. there are no touch buttons.
2. No noise cancellation present.
3.No equalizers in the Klipsch App, as i wanted to reduce the bass.
