Pros:
This stand doesn't rock, shift, or feel unstable when I do glissando's or really get into the rock'n'roll style pounding. Even when it's on an uneven surface it's still very stable.
There is plenty of leg room underneath for pedals (I've never hit my legs on the crossbars, even when searching for a stray pedal).
Height Adjustable - this is great because I can play sitting down or standing up. Takes about 1 minute to adjust 1st tier height.
The second tier's adjustment (height and angle) is really helpful. Everybody's style is different, and I've had friends be able to play both tiers without much time adjusting things.
Compact - Sometimes I'll just collapse the crossbars and lower everything without taking anything apart. While it takes up room, it's fairly easy to maneuver and stack equipment around it. When I take it apart (down to the 2 crossbars and the 2 side Z's) it'll fit anywhere I need to put it.
Cons:
Sometimes assembling it can be difficult. Usually we play in bars where it's dark, so it can be difficult to see all of the holes. Also some of the parts don't line up perfectly (maybe off by 1/4 inch). A very little effort though will align things. Usually I don't take it completely apart so this isn't a huge problem for me. Anytime I'm assembling it where it's light I don't have any issues either.
1st tier view - I've heard some of my friends say the 1st tier keyboard display gets covered by the 2nd tier keyboard. Maybe it's happened to me, but I haven't really noticed. I usually don't want to change sounds in the middle of a song (that's what the 2nd keyboard is for).
Neutral:
Weight - This is somewhat heavy for a keyboard stand, definitely heavier than the X-style stands. Compared to my keyboards, this stand is much lighter. The nice thing about it being heavy is that it is more stable. Since I only carry it around at the beginning and the end of the night, I'd rather have stability for the 4 hours of playing than a little less weight for 10 minutes of schlepping.
Overall:
Having used this keyboard for coming up on 2 years, I can recommend this to anyone considering a 2-tier keyboard stand. This has served me well. While I'm performing I can focus on playing and singing without worrying about my keyboard stand falling over.
Due to disability, I have to sit down when I play but, unfortunately, my old 2-tier X-stand holds my upper keyboard so high above the lower one that it blocks my view of the audience (even though I'm by no means short, at 6'1).
Thankfully, this Z-style stand has fantastic vertical adjustability and I'm able to set it so that my upper keyboard sits just an inch or two above the lower one. Eye contact is important when you're performing on stage, and with this stand I can finally see over the top of my gear again.
With both of my keyboards in place, this stand is truly solid as a rock. Unlike my X-stand, there's hardly any rocking motion when I'm playing with this stand (and I play very passionately).
Out of the box, putting it together was only mildly troublesome. It's just a question of figuring out which piece is which, and which easy-turn knob fits in which hole, etc. Nothing too complex, but certainly a bit more involved than assembling a typical X-stand. However, once the initial set-up is complete, the Z-stand really shines...it's very simple to adjust the height, width, and 2nd-tier angle to match your personal preference. The versatility of this stand is remarkable!
For transportation, it's obviously not as quick and easy as closing up an X-stand, but if you disconnect the two crossbars, you instantly have four separate pieces that can lie down flat. Remove the upper tier arms, and the footprint shrinks even further. You probably wouldn't need to do this all the time, but if you were to completely dismantle the stand, you could carry the entire thing in an average sized sports bag. It's well designed in that respect.
It's more expensive than the traditional X-stands of course, but I think it's well worth the investment for the additional stability and versatility it provides.
All in all, I LOVE THIS STAND! I've bought four or five different keyboard stands over the years, but I would buy this one again in a heartbeat. It's my new favorite.

FYI, I also bought an On Stage KSA7575 Universal Keyboard Stand Microphone Attachment Bar , so that I can mount a microphone boom directly onto the rear of the stand. I'm happy to report that the round attachment fits perfectly and securely into the square tubing of this stand. In addition, I also ordered an On Stage QK2B Microphone Clip Quick Release so that I can remove the boom arm with just a quick push of a button, rather than having to rotate the whole thing around and around. It works like a charm!
That's it! I hope you find this review helpful. Happy shopping!
On the lower tier I have my Crumar Seven digital piano with a Crumar Mojo 61 stacked on top, and I usually have either a Modal Argon 8x or Novation Sl49 mkIII on the second tier. The combined weight of the two Crumars is something like 80 lbs and this stand seems to have no troubles holding these while I, probably a bit too enthusiasticly, bash the keys on my Seven.

It arrived quickly from Amazon and it was a breeze to setup. All of the pieces were present and accounted for, the instructions were simple and clear, and the whole thing was assembled in mere minutes.
Best of all, the thing is a tank. I have a lot of vintage gear, which is usually pretty heavy, but this thing holds my Korg SG-1D (34kg/75lbs) and E-mu Emax I (16kg/35lbs) and doesn't wobble a bit no matter how aggressive my playing. It says it holds 350lbs and I believe it. In fact I will probably buy the additional tier attachment and make this a three tier stand.
I don't gig anymore so I can't comment on how it performs in that respect but, given how easy it was to setup, I imagine it should be fine. For my purposes it checked all of the boxes. It is sturdy, looks good, fits nicely into limited space, and was exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend and I will be buying another one.
