Whether it's used in hospitality, hospitals, BSCs, schools or any other locations, DEMA One was built to fit the needs of housekeeping and custodial staff. It's ergonomic, safe and easy to use.

Legal Disclaimer

This dispenser is for applications where water pressure is between 30-70 psi. For applications above 70psi, DEMA recommends you purchase a pressure regulator to use with this system to ensure accurate chemical dilutions. All installations must conform to local plumbing codes and use approved backflow prevention devices. Always shut off water when dispenser is not in use. Always wear protective clothing and eyewear when working with chemical products.
