Versatile Lightweight Plastic Jars ♡

These plastic jars look really slick and I love their larger size. I plan to keep things like herbs, supplements, gel capsules and extra snacks in there. I was surprised when they arrived because I expected them to be made of hard, sturdy plastic. Instead, they're extremely lightweight and made of a thinner, slightly flexible plastic. However, they accomplish the same thing, and I like the versatility of these jars. You can store anything you want in these, and the caps screw on cleanly and tightly. The jars are unscratched and smooth on the surface, and they don't smell weird, which is always a plus. They clean easily, they're fun to use, and I totally love them! I wouldn't mind 6 more of these... I'm accepting donations. ♡

Purchased this to carry powdered baby formula in our diaper bag. 16 oz seems to be the perfect amount to carry around for the general to-go tips my wife and I take around town. Filled, this container holds enough powder to make approximately 13 4 oz bottles while still leaving room to store the measuring scoop (nipped off about 1/2" of the scooper handle to fit inside the mouth of the container). The screw-top lid secures the powder from accidentally getting spilled everywhere unlike a snap type lid. The plastic is #1 (Polyethylene Terephthalate (PETE) and is BPA free meaning it's food safe according to the USDA. While my preference is glass over plastic, in this case, I went plastic for safer transport.
