Product Description
We will include five CaddyTrek accessories as gifts for free: CaddyTrek Cup Holder, CaddyTrek Scorecard Holder, CaddyTrek Umbrella Holder, CaddyBelt, and CaddyTrek Golf Cart Phone Holder. This offer includes an extended limited 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The CaddyTrek is an electric golf push cart that carries your bag so you don’t have to. The CaddyTrek allows golfers to walk hands-free, allowing players to enjoy the game of golf without the burden of carrying a bag. Less fatigue means better levels of concentration and control when driving to the tee or playing the short game. Studies show that walking improves stamina and core strength, and is beneficial to overall fitness in burning calories and building muscle tone. For players who hesitate in walking their round, the CaddyTrek provides a solution to the challenge of managing your gear. Now you can just focus on the game!
The Original comes in black or candy apple red with red plastics. Go hands free with the CaddyTrek, the electric golf push cart that tracks in front or behind the player. Using a combination of Ultrasound and RF signal technology, the CaddyTrek calculates speed, distance and angle to the player. Golfers simply walk their game as the unit tracks the player’s movement. The CaddyTrek provides two different tracking modes—Follow and Marching. The tracking technology is virtually the same, the only difference being the orientation of the player to the CaddyTrek. Stand in front of the unit and clip the handset to your back waistband and engage Follow Mode OR clip the handset to the front of your waistband and stand behind the unit to use Marching. Use it as a remote control caddy for additional speed and hill climbing ability, switch the CaddyTrek into Remote Mode and send it 100 feet to the next tee box.

Update:
Okay I'm updating to five stars, thanks to MaxStrata LLC and Ramos over at Caddy Trek (they both got back to me within an hour of posting my question) we worked out the problem which was really no problem just my stupidity I guess. It turned out I didn't have the Caddy belt plugged in all the was which caused it to not stay in Follow Mode. Once that was worked out everything was working just fine. I did play a round of golf and the follow mode and the RC worked great, however, the Caddy Trek gets hung up on loose gravel cart paths but on the fairway's it works great no problems.
So yes, I do recommend this product.
Another Update:
I have this item just over a year (past warrenty) and I played many rounds of golf in 2021 with it. A couple things happened last year, one , the sealed bearing in the front castor wheel seized causing the bolt holding it in to back out which in turn the wheel rubbed down the inside of the fork making it unusable. I sent pictures of the problem to the support team at Caddytrek and the quickly sent me a new wheel and fork. In case the bearings seized again I looked up the serial number and found it online and bought ten of them. They are very easy to replace and the sealed bearing were inexpensive. The other problem happen on the course. The battery completely died. I called the support team again and they were very helpful. They told me to send the whole unit back to Vegas, (FYI: SAVE THE SHIPPING BOX). It turns out it was a defective battery. I had the unit back within a week. Very Good. Now its 2022 started playing in early April. Everything was fine until the follow mode stopped working. It would follow for 10 to 20 feet then stop and it would not reconnect to the unit. The remote setting worked fine but no matter what I did the follow mode would work for a short distance stop and not reconnect. Again called support very helpful sent the unit back to Vegas and was told they could not replicate the problem. Okay, maybe it was me. Got the unit back and nope I have the same problem , follow mode does not work. Bought a new remote thinking that would work. Nope. I bought this specifically for the follow mode. I really liked this product and the support team is fantastic but it's not performing as advertised so I'm gonna have to down grade to 3 stars.
I should add that I just purchased the Stewart Q-Follow and I am having issues with that trolley. I wrote a review on there web site and apparently they only post 5 star ratings
Climbs up and down steep hills with ease and locks when stopped so it doesn’t run down the hill in the stop mode. I’m very happy with my unit and have recommended it to several friends.
I don’t think this is one that should be considered - the idea of it was nice, but overall it’s heavy and I was told by the company / manufacturer that it needs to be on stable solid surface. Most golf courses have some hills, bumps and grassy terrain which defeats the purpose.
To return it- you have to pay the 20% restocking fee! That’s $300 bucks so if I can save anyone some trouble- I would test out these models at a golf pro shop (from other brands) and see if this is actually worth it.

The only negative is the fifth wheel fell off and I lost the screw on my 6th game and it's been off since. Can you help me about that?
But otherwise, I am a happy buyer. No regrets.
Called the factory who advised it was probably the sensors at fault.
They sent new ones which took an hour to install, and still the same problem.
The steering oversteers then swings back making it difficult to control when in RC mode.
We have ended up with a very expensive cart that does not work as advertised.
