We have a larger one from a different company that is more flexible and works better.
I wanted to add that I contacted the seller who very nicely agreed with me that the photo did not represent the actual product. They may have changed that by now. They also gave me a refund and a link to the one I thought I was buying.
Part of the problem is trying to figure out which one is which. I wanted one for the small ball for my small dog, but I also wanted the long handle. (You can see the difference in my photo.) I actually bought one directly from Amazon before this, because I saw “mini launcher” or something similar. When I got it, it was the medium size ball with the same, short 14-inch launcher. To make things even more confusing, my original one measures 21 inches, and I couldn’t locate that anywhere. But, thanks to this seller I finally found the long launcher for the small ball. There are about 8 different sizes, and most of them are for medium balls. I only saw 2 for small.
Chuckit has a diagram that is supposed to help you figure out which is which, but it’s still confusing, I think. Why not show a dog or dogs with each of the launchers so customers can actually see the size that works best for their dogs. Even a size range would be helpful since my small dog isn’t tiny, but he still does best with the small ball.
